But the employees DO NOT DISCLOSE it ahead of time. And there are NO SIGNS letting the consumer know of the different prices for paying via debit and cash and credit cards. It's not the 0.30 extra cents that I was charged today - it's the principle. Why HIDE this from the consumer. it's the nickel and diming which is annoying.... When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.
