Worst fence company ever!!!! Very shotty work. When we contacted them to give them a chance to come back and make it right, they sent the same kid who did the horrible work to begin when. And this is after we politely explained that they need to send another installer. So they could see his workmanship. Thought they may want to know?!? Nope...today the kid comes back. Absolutely worst service ever. They installed two gates for me in the last year. One installation nicked the electrical line to my fountain and I had to have it replaced. The other gate will not open because it settled and I have called multiple times To have it repaired. First time they said it would be a month before they could get to it. Never heard from them. Other times I called, no one called me back. Meanwhile gate is still not working. Do not use these guys!!!! read more

I gave them 2 different email addresses + called and texted multiple times. If they didn't want to do the job, just communicate that and I would understand. My Dad used Marietta Fence Company many years ago,1970's, to install a wooden round rail fence around our house. I own the house now and decided to replace the fence as it was getting tired after 40 years. Rachael and her dad came out and reviewed the property and I decided to purchase a white vinyl ranch rail fence from them. I could not be happier! Marietta fence did work for me a little over 20 years ago by adding some gates to my chain-link fence. Had a large tree that fell down in the backyard and pretty much wiped out the fence line in the back of the property. I've been trying to get them out there to look at it and had several appointments set and they've never shown up for any of them. Not a phone call, just didn't show up every time. I'd call and let them know no one showed up and they set another appointment. I tried to be patient and call again and no one showed up again, simply a no-show again . No phone call, no follow up, nothing. The house is like 2-3 miles from them. There were three different appointments and each was a no-show. I don't know if they would've done a good job or not because they never made it. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

It will be a waste of your time to work with this company. I contacted Marietta fence mid April to make an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimated to remove and add some fence to my existing fence. I appreciate the fact they said they are busy but will put me on schedule for early may. I told my self they must be doing something right if they are that busy so I will wait. Early may I met with Jack and he said my work is an easy job and it could be done in one short afternoon. I was glad to hear that and he said they will email me an estimated soon. The problem started when after a week not hearing back I called and they finally send me an estimate. I call that same day approved and signed estimate. They said. It will be early June till they can come. I told them no problem as long as we have it done before 4th of July break. I was having some brand new grass put in and did not want it getting damaged working on the fence. They ensured me that will not be the case. Long story short I kept calling every few days in early June and they kept promising next Monday or next Friday and it never happened. I think this team is very unorganized and miss managed. Also I believe because my job was not a very expensive work ($900) they kept pushing me out till the attend other money making projects. Very disappointed, lost all trust and faith in this company for doing business this way. So simply don't waste your time with them. read more

I had my fence installed by Marietta Fence company many years ago. It was a great experience. I called them back to have sections of my fence repaired and apparently the company has changed hands. It has been a month and I have not received an estimate. I have called and emailed and they have not responded. I even asked that if they did not want the job, to kindly let me know and I still haven't heard back. This is after they missed their first appointment and was late for the rescheduled appointment. I contacted Marietta Fence Company for a quote on fencing for my condominium community as I serve on the Board of Directors. It was almost 4 weeks out for an appointment with Tonya Martin. The day of the appointment Tonya called to say she was running late and needed to grab lunch. She was 2 hours late for her 1:30 appointment. She was pleasant and took all the information she needed to prepare her quote. That was the last I heard from her. July 1, 2020 appointment. I'm writing this review on August 26, 2020. I emailed, texted and called multiple times leaving voicemails in an attempt to get a quote. This company obviously does not need our business and has all the work they want. I'm moving on and would never recommend Marietta Fence Company to anyone. The owner's daughter's name is Rachel and she works for the company. She may be a good contact for others to contact with your complaints. I'm seeing a lot of the same stories on Google Reviews and here about difficulties in obtaining quotes. I'm not calling her. She obviously doesn't look at Yelp Reviews and I doubt she really cares. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This "company" has a scam going. They'll set an appointment and then send people out that "work" for them but are doing side work. If you call and Sadie Koenigsberg answers, ask to talk to the owner or, better yet, call First Fence of Georgia. After a month of dealing with a botched hack job, I ended up with First Fence and got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and time frame. read more

The construction of my fence took longer than stated due to staff not showing up as promised. But the biggest issue is that both my gates warped after only a few days. I called and was told the "punch list" guy would come by look at the problem and suggest a fix. After two weeks, I called again. I was told I was put on the schedule. Should have known what we were in for when we had to call repeatedly just to get on the schedule after being told they would call us. The installers are subs and not reliable. Lied to us (said they were coming back the next day to finish and then ended up going out of state to buy a truck) and took multiple trips over more than a week after what should have been a two day job. They are great at apologizing but doesn't result in any different experience. Gave them a chance to adjust the estimate for all our hassle and repeated follow ups, but they did not. Good news is the fence was good work once we pointed out the things they needed to take care of and not leave undone or sloppily done. read more

LOVE LOVE these guys. I have a very difficult yard to fence ( lake & trees) . The fence is perfectly straight and level. The gates are exactly where I wanted them and open with no obstructions. Be aware that this business charges $40 to give an estimate if you have an insurance claim. This is a shame because they were recommended by a friend who had used them before. You ONLY get the fee back if you use them. Hmmm, maybe Marietta Fence Company is not competitive. read more

Words can not describe the lack of professionalism when ealing with this company. Long story short, after signing a contract and agreeing on a start date, they never showed. To top off the whole situation, there has been no follow up, nor response to my email terminating the contract. Stay away from this place, especially Tim McIntyre, who was the sales person I dealt with. read more

Called for a quote, they came out, seemed like a very professional company, very friendly. Steve was the salesman who came out to give the quote, also did a quote on my neighbors was advised they are a little backed up even on getting quotes out. Seemed a bit strange as I have had other companys who could give a quote before leaving. Nontheless, I called into the office a week later as I still had not had an update, was not told he wasnt in the office, just transferred to his vm. Front desk is very rude. Not a good way to earn my business. I called back, and attempted to see if someone else could help me with the quote, the lady answering the phone seemed annoyed by me asking and was transferred to Steve's voicemail again. All in all 2 weeks later, I still do not have a quote from this company, no returned calls. Very disappointed. read more
