They are rude on the phone and take forever. I had a injured knee and was on crutches so I needed a short ride I was going to tip the cabbie extra because I know a short ride would suck for him, but the dispatcher said it would be at least and hour maybe more. Horrible company. Booked a cab 3 days in advance to go to the airport with 3 friends. Called each day to ensure they had the reservation. The morning of the ride called I called an hour before the ride and agian a 1/2 hour before the ride was due and was told yes it's on the way. Cab was late then I called numerous times was told the cab was minutes away. After 20 minutes was told they didn't know where the cab was. Sinks, that I could't give less than 1 star. Our family is sitting waiting for a ride that I booked over a week ago. We have a 7am flight and I scheduled a 5:15am pick us up... it is now 5:45. When I called I got the "we were over booked for vans". Why did you take my reservation over a week ago then? Just one of those companies that is only I. My father is 90 and has Alzheimer's and cerebral palsy and uses two crutches to get around. A cab was called for him at a restaurant and 1] the people at the restaurant told me the driver didn't even get out to help and just pointed "BACK SEAT". They were aghast at the behavior of the driver. 2] My father wobbles. He gets home, I greet him at the cab, he just gets out, still standing 8 inches from the cab and the driver just rolls away. Some day someone is going to get hurt by this driver just like the guy who dropped his wife off at State Street Bank, took off not realizing her coat was stuck in the door as he dragged her for 30 feet. read more

Very aggressive Taxi drivers. Was waiting in Weymouth landing waiting for light to go toward Weymouth. It was around 5:30 pm. I am about six cars from the front of the light, light turns green. But cars moving slowly due to traffic. Car behind me starts agressively beeping behind me. Then passes me in front lane speeding. Could not believe when I saw it was a taxi. Would not even call dispatch is worse. Couple years ago called early to go to Quincy center station. After it was 20 minutes late, called to see where it was. Was told driver turned around roads to bad. Understandable but a call would of been nice. So glad we have other options like Lyft and uber. read more

I wish there was an even lower score. 8 miles Quincy to South Station, over a hour, $53.00, missed train! Car was dirty and smelled. Driver I honestly believe could not have gone any slower. Picked all the wrong lanes for traffic. I thought using a taxi instead of uber was a a good idea. I thought a taxi would be more professional, know HOW to DRIVE in traffic. What a mistake! Called from baggage claim at the airport, dispatcher says it'll be 15 minutes and that we should head up to departures. An hour later and 3-4 calls later, the insane driver shows up, ranting and raving about how we're in a hurry, everyone is out to get him...he parks in the POURING RAIN and refuses to pull under anything. He's complaining that we were at departures (like the dispatcher told us) and he was at arrivals. So now it's pushing 11pm, we've been at Logan for an hour waiting, and we're soaked. There's trash covering the cab. And he rants and raves the entire drive. Rolls the windows down in the rain, getting us soaked in the car, speeding through Boston. I'm not sure if they're hiring cab drivers or prowling a mental hospital. I've been in countless NYC cabs where the driver reads the paper while driving...this was the most uncomfortable and unsafe I've ever felt. read more

This should be 0 stars. Unless, very very rude dispatch - if they even answer, the cabs are in awful condition and the drivers have the worst attitudes. Takes the drivers 25-30 to pick you up after you call - even though the rude dispatch tells you 5-10 minutes. This taxi company is awful - do not use them - use Yellow Cab. read more
