Bacon Egg and Cheese on Brioche Breakfast sandwich
    Jasmine D.

Great local spot facing Two George's and Banana Boat, tucked away in a small plaza that I would've never known existed had someone not referred me here. The food and drinks are definitely on the pricy side- 2 breakfast sandwiches and smoothies somehow came out to $49? Must be the location that drives up the prices. However, I will say the breakfast sandwiches were pretty big with some quality bacon on a brioche bun. Smoothies were also good. I'd come back to try the other items, just be ready to drop some coin.

This place is changing the game on breakfast sandwiches. I cannot get off my soapbox about how good they are. Their coffee is also A++. A true hidden gem of Boynton Beach. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't wait to go back and try their lunch!

Good food served in a casual atmosphere is what to expect when getting breakfast or lunch here. The service was pretty quick. The food, though very pricey, was quite fresh, and I loved the baguette that it was served on. The meats are all boars head, but for the price, I do wish the sandwich had more than a few very thin slices/shaved pieces of turkey. The sandwiches are all A la carte, so if you want to order a bag of chips or a fresh baked cookie, they have a good variety to choose from. Parking is free in the garage if you inform the garage attendant upon entering.

Even thought i'm here all the time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every time i walk in Marina Cafe it's refreshing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All time favorite Cafe in all of South Florida. What a creative menu! Their coffee always hits the spot. Team always has a beautiful smile! I love Cory, Nicole, Ashley and Erika!!! Have been here a few times for lunch and it has never disappointed. Great comforting spot to pick up a very tasty lunch (in my cases it has been a wholesome sandwich). The "Alex" made with fresh bread, curated meats and cheese. Inside, spots for just lounging, working, eating or group setting. The attention and customer service just makes you feel welcomed and having a good meal to go along with it. My fav lunch spot whenever I'm in the area.

We met a group of fellow Yelpers for brunch here on a beautiful Sunday morning. A special thanks to Raymond K. for organizing this unofficial event. The restaurant is small with some indoor seating including sofas. It's a laid back comfortable vibe. This is not a fast food location. It's a place to sit and leisurely dine in a homey venue. As the group was a party of 9, we chose to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the breezes during a clear sunny day. We also got to see some of the marina boats. The menu had both breakfast and lunch options with a few specials on a chalkboard. Our group ordered a bit of both options. Our table had a couple BLT's -- one on whole grain and one on sourdough; a grilled cheese sandwich (with 3 cheeses); my bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel; and my husband's eggs over easy with bacon and toast. Some of the crowd also enjoyed mimosas. There were only empty plates left over, so I assume everyone else liked their food as much as I did! After ordering, two of the gentlemen discovered that tomato soup was one of the daily specials and added that to their original order. Bowls of house made soup with basil leaves and chunky tomato bits were thoroughly enjoyed. My little taste of one made me wish I'd had more room to indulge. It's the kind of place to relax, eat, and catch your breath. To play tourist. To have a good, lively, conversation with friends and friends to be... to while away a Sunday morning in glorious South Florida. Koi

Marina Cafe I had read about through my Yelping, but without the chance to take a gander until recently. The cafe is really a cute, little spot in the middle of Boynton Beach Marina, right across the way from Two Georges and Banana Boat. Given the condominium towers the cafe is located within, they are much needed for residents and marina visitors who don't want to spend time looking for a Starbucks. Having settled at the bar counter, I enjoyed an iced coffee with a nice view of the marina to my left. Most of the cafe consists of either lounge seating with lovesofas and leather, patterned arm chairs, as well as stylish table seating and a window counter where you have a prime view of outside. And when it's blue skies and sunny -- which is often, it's gorgeous to watch the incoming and outgoing boats. What helps the cafe a lot if you're not sure about where to park is realizing that one of the parking garages at Boynton Beach Marina has spaces for public use. This was something I didn't think the garages allowed, which would have made parking limited to the street if you were lucky to find a spot that wasn't for marina-use only. But alas, there's plenty of parking in the inside garage, so you can definitely make use of it if you want to check out the Marina Cafe as well as any of the other shops and establishments. Based on the menu, it looks like a good spot for breakfast and lunch, with a variety of different sandwich options, as well as salads, smoothies, and acai bowls. A good spot to hang out with some friends over coffee or on your own to do some work, read a book, relax, and contemplate existence.

Really friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. Owner is very helpful with the menu and suggestions. Cozy atmosphere to dine in our outside looking at the marina. Food is made fresh and requires some time to make it but so worth it! I had the meatball sub and my boyfriend got the roast beef sub. Both were delicious. The Grand Marina Splash made with iced tea and Natalie's OJ and Grapefruit was tart and refreshing. We will be back soon.

Found this cafe from a neighbor who works in the area. Situated in the same plaza as 2Georges and Banana Boat.Very chill atmosphere.Fast food this is not.The owner is very friendly, and very passionate about his cafe.High quality food and without the high quality prices.Egg sandwich and a delicious cappuccino for about a 10spot.The breakfast menu has acai bowls, egg sandwiches, omelettes, bagels, and a great selection of different coffees, made with a state of the art coffee machine. Also serves great lunch items.Tuna melt, and the BLT are both delicious. You should definitely try the tomato bisque soup.Great place to relax, sit down inside and out and enjoy quality and delicious food.On Fridays and Saturdays, they are open till 7pm.Live music is played on those nights.Wine and beer are also available ,and $5 mimosas on the weekends.

Don't sleep on Boynton Beach - cocktail bar vibe, hiding in plain site in a strip mall... this gem is chef inspired and simply amazing. We tried the wood fired asparagus served on toast with a gooey egg and then the pork belly grilled baby bok choy and both had me in the happy chair dance. Although steak definitely makes sense with a wood fire concept, instead we tried the lamb rack served with a mint sauce combo that has you cleaning the plate and local pompano served curry lite with wild mushroom (delish)! If you are a foodie make your way here. This was a spot where one (or is it just me) considers maybe we order everything to try? And we left the fun for another time. I have my eye on their spiced lamb bolognese and another amazing cocktail. The cocktails are mostly milk fat clarified which adds yet another fun twist to a new fav spot! It's like sitting next to a warming fire. This time we tried the grilled asparagus, the grilled baby bok choy with pork belly and gorgonzola (our favorite), the luncheonette burger with crispy fries, the double cut pork chop with grilled cabbage and pickled mustard seed, and the waygu lamb (I know, a lot of food!). Everything was fantastic but the burger initially came out a bit undercooked (we ordered it medium) so they cooked it a bit more and quickly brought it back. I thought the lamb wagyu was a bit light on the meat, the pork chop was amble and laid out nicely on the plate. We also tried the watermelon tequila drink (very refreshing and not too sweet), an old fashioned, and they have a good list of wines. We love the big cube in cocktails. I don't know how they got them to be so clear. The bar tender was great and the cooks were working very hard. The owner always comes by to say hello and chat. Second Rodeo varies the menu.

Banana Boat -- Boynton Beach (3 stars) Surf & Turf Nachos…read more-- $21 -- "The Mirage Nacho" I only review nachos. That's the whole thing. So I can't tell you about the waterfront, the 40-plus years Banana Boat's been serving Boynton, or the rest of the menu, which, for the record, looked legitimate. I'm here for one plate. The Surf & Turf Nacho sounds incredible on the menu. Filet mignon and shrimp. That's how they get you to $21, and I paid it. Here's what showed up. The filet retired its number after only a few appearances. On a $21 surf-and-turf nacho, the turf scored early and then vanished like a witness in a mob movie. The shrimp came in bigger numbers but arrived whole and uncut, and nobody in that kitchen asked the one question that matters: how does a whole shrimp sit on a nacho chip? It doesn't. It sits on top looking decorative while the chip underneath has an identity crisis. And where would this be without mentioning my old nemesis. Beans. They don't belong on nachos. Ever. If you're using them, you're just trying to make the plate bigger. Maybe you need a big lifted truck too. This isn't a surf-and-turf nacho. It's a nice thought. A dish designed to impress on paper, justify a price, and get photographed; Not to really be eaten as a nacho. It was also a small portion overall. I finished it, but that's not the achievement it sounds like. Finishing a $21 nacho because there wasn't much of it is not a win. It's literally the complaint. Credit where it's due, because I'm not here just to swing: * The queso was actually melted. After a long run of unmelted shredded-cheese disasters around here, that matters. * The guacamole was generous and well made. * It arrived hot, eight minutes out. That counts. * The flavor was genuinely decent. Everything present tasted fine. The problem was what was present, and how little of it there was. The Fork Rule was violated immediately. Rectangular plate, whole shrimp, oversized store-bought chips, everything arranged for the camera. This was never getting eaten with your hands, which means it was never really a nacho. Verdict: 5/10 -- The Mirage Nacho. It looked great on the menu. It tasted decent on the plate. It just wasn't a nacho. The flavor is the only thing keeping it out of the basement. Order it if you want a pretty $21 appetizer. Don't order it expecting nachos.

We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to look over the menu before ordering. We started with the Steak Tartare, served with beer-battered smoked onion petals, truffle, egg yolk, and manchego. It was excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the Za'atar Roasted Local Vegetables with spicy greens, feta tzatziki, lime pickles, and pepitas. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite dish. For our entrées, one person ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese with pork and beef ragu, housemade raw milk ricotta, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. It was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Jerk Local Swordfish from Fort Lauderdale with braised Swiss chard, local radish escovitch, and jackfruit miso beurre blanc. While the swordfish itself was cooked well, I wasn't a fan of the jerk seasoning. The flounder, however, was outstanding and probably my favorite entrée. To drink, I had the Les Fumées Blanches Orange Sauvignon Blanc, which I really enjoyed. Someone else had an Old Fashioned. For dessert, we shared the Affogato with mascarpone ice cream, dark chocolate, and espresso, and it was a perfect ending to the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and we appreciated being able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. It is on the pricey side, but that's fairly typical for a farm-to-table restaurant using quality ingredients. There's a small parking lot behind the restaurant, and we were lucky enough to grab a spot. Overall, it's a fun place for a date night or a nice dinner with family. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Or if you want, they have a great bar and you can hang out there and have a bite.

We made our reservations for 4:30, thinking it was too early, we are glad we did that. It was small inside, has an open bar, and the ambiance and decor were nice. The kitchen is small so the waiter asked if we could put our full order in at once so in case they get busy, our order won't take super long. My wife and I agreed on sharing a Porterhouse steak but unfortunately, they ran out the night before. The Waiter told us their daily meat, fish, and starters. We ordered the Empanadas, Me So Crispy, Wedge Salad, 40oz New York Strip (daily meat special), Mac, and Fries. Way too much food for the 2 of us. They brought out a little free snack that's Curried Chicken Salad on a Tortilla chip. Absolutely delicious. Next was the Empanadas and Me So Crispy. The Empanadas with the chimichurri sauce was amazing. The best empanadas we've ever had. I'm not a big seafood fan, but the Spicy Tuna Tartare on the Crispy Rice was spectacular. That was my favorite starter. The Wedge salad came and that was delicious also, the egg was boiled perfectly. The service is amazing. Checking up on us throughout the time. They brought out steak knives from Argentina and we got to choose our weapons. The 40oz New York Strip with sauces, Mac, and fries came out and it was the best cut of meat I've ever had. We ordered it rare to medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It had a great sear and crust on it, it cut super easily and was super tender. Mac was really good as well, and the fries were perfect. Didn't even need ketchup for them. After we were done, they brought out a free Madeleine and chocolate muffin. They also gave us free Champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered Bread Pudding because why not and it was delicious too. My wife and I have been to quite a few fancy expensive restaurants where even one was 420$ a person. Nicholson Muir has turned to our number 1. We have zero complaints. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back.
