If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! This office is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I first called months ago to schedule an appointment and was given such a hard time that I eventually gave up out of frustration. Later, my daughter tried calling on my behalf and experienced the exact same thing , she even warned me, saying "Mom, she has terrible reviews." Unfortunately, those reviews were 100% accurate. Recently, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was advised to contact my primary doctor. When I called again, the first woman who answered didn't understand me and immediately transferred me. For the record, they don't even answer the phone professionally! The second woman picked up and said, "What do you need?" no greeting, nothing. I told her I needed an appointment, and she asked if I was a new patient. After I explained my pneumonia situation, she said, "Oh yes, okay," and then told me, "Call me tomorrow, maybe I can fit you in." Maybe? Are you serious? That level of dismissiveness, lack of compassion, and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. This office clearly doesn't care about patients or proper service. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish! I will definitely be changing doctors! read more

BEST DOCTOR EVER! Attention all women! Are you tired of being gaslit and told to "drink water and loose weight"? Same... Dr.K is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen and talk with you. You can tell she is still passionate about helping people. She is kind and caring and never makes me feel like I'm being too much. She problem solves with me to make sure I am happy and healthy. I spent YEARS trying to find a doctor that would take time to problem solve with me. As a woman in my late 30's my body is changing and she has been wonderful. I came in for a Pap smear and she tried gaslighting me that she had done that on an appointment that was rescheduled saying that I was present and they have record of the visit which I've never had a pap here like how are you so unorganized and unprofessional. If I could leave one star I would. This was a horrible experience. I had called to make my husband an appointment and they took down his information. When he went they refused to see him because he didn't have his medical card even though they had all the information. They could have also looked it up. Now I'm not gonna play the race card but he informed me they were rude to him and looked at him in a very disrespectful way. The way they even told me was with a bit of attitude as they were chewing sunflower seeds, and there were no patients in the waiting room. Dr. Khachatrian is amazing Always very caring and sweet. Thanks to her right choice of medications I'm feeling much better than I used to. She takes time to listen to all of your concerns, doesn't rush you or make you feel uncomfortable. I really like her. She's also very quick on replying on my messages on Patient Ally, which is very helpful in case I need her opinion on some meds, or have a question regarding my health. Her office is also very helpful. Every time I call or stop by they are there to take care of any problem or question I have. I'd like to thank Gayane and Ruzanna for that ! Worst doctor ever. It took me three years to write this review after the death of my dad at her hands. She refused to order a standard colonoscopy test for my dad that was 51 years old at the time and having all the symptoms of sickness one could think off (extreme weight loss, digestive issues, constant fatigue, blackness under his eyes). When my mom contacted her about his symptoms, this "doctor" told her that it was signs of old age!!! At a later appointment when my mom tried to express her concern and that she thought he was sick, Marina said "should i take off my doctors coat and give it to you?" Marina you have destroyed families over your own IGNORANCE and lack of sympathy towards human kind. Do us all a favor and retire. read more

This review was drafted a month ago: Expect to wait for a very long time if you're not Armenian. We came in at 2:42 pm when the waiting room was empty, it is now 3:30 pm, and 3 Armenian patients have gone in before us. We had an appointment at 3 pm and we did not see her until 3:45 pm. When we did see her, it was only for 6 minutes! The doctor did not even examine the patient, instead, she believed the patient's self diagnose. What a waste of time. Oh where do I even begin with this place? Lets see.. expect about an hour wait in a tiny crowded lobby even WITH an appointment! They overbook clients and its insane! Once you are with the doctor you will be rushed out of there before all of your concerns are addressed. I went in to go over lab results and the doctor literally stood up 5 minutes into the consultation and said "are you done, I have another patient waiting"!? WOW... At that point I was like well I guess I'm done... Terrible!! Oh and one obvious flaw with this place is unless you are Armenian you will be treated like a second class citizen. This "Doctors Office" is in actuality a den of INCOMPETENCE, and BIGOTRY!!! The medical board must investigate this "business" for IMPROPRIETY!!! I am literally disgusted after leaving this place, and WILL NEVER RETURN. I don't like to write reviews like this, but I feel it is an absolute necessity!! Not only did I experience deferential treatment here based on the color of my skin, I also experienced pure incompetence in regards to the staff. I had to explain the procedures that I was supposed to receive, and I had to correct Marinas total lack of competence, several times. The procedures were all laid out in my paperwork, only when I questioned her, did she actually read the paperwork. If I hadn't voiced this problem, I would have had to come back, or at worst reschedule my surgery due to her incompetence!!!! Another thing I have to point out is that the "Doctor"...Marina Khachatrian... was coughing repeatedly without covering her mouth. I understand if you have a cold, it's a fact of life. To not practice cleanliness in a "Doctors" office is a sign of INCOMPETENCE. I WAS DISGUSTED. THERE WERE NO APOLOGIES!! NASTY, FILTHY!! Any issues that arise, she's my go-to. She won't sugar coat the facts and will tell you like it is. As soon as she finds out the results of any tests, she will tell you her thoughts, concerns and make her recommendations. She cares for her patients and is there for you at any time. I called to schedule my appointment and had to wait more than 30 minutes on the line. I get scheduled a month away from the day that I called. Once I got there 15 minutes before my appointment I waited approximately 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. All of their Armenian patients who got there after me got to go inside before me. There was just one person before me on the list. There is so much preference here. Once I was in, it just seemed like they wanted to get me out of there quick. There is no sign of care. Please, do yourself a favor and don't come here! The ladies at the front desk don't give a crap about anything! I called and i got an appointment and they gave me one 20 days away... I was like okay, this must me one good doctor's office. 20 days later, it was my appointment and they sent me back home because i didn't have the right type of insurance. Okay correct me if I'm wrong, they should let you know this ahead of time before you come in and waste your time, right? Well anyways, i let that go and they gave me an appointment a week from that day. A week passed and its my appointment day (again), and let me remind you that i had to take a whole day off of work and school for this. My appointment was on a Monday morning at 9am. I was there 8:45 i was the 2nd patient inside of the waiting room. Then came 4 more patients after me. All of these people were called and i was still waiting.... 1 hour passed and that's when i lost my cool, my fiancé asked them what the hold up was and they told him that all of the people in there had an appointment except for me.... WTF? I lost my cool and went outside. Like, how unprofessional are you people?! You clearly gave me an appointment! Why on earth would i miss work and school to come here on a random Monday at 9am. Anyways, after another 20 minutes, they called me in and all the lady did was check my blood pressure my height and my weight............ Ok i needed to be seen medically and you made me wait an hour and twenty minutes FOR THAT??! I honestly could have done that at home. They told me oh were having some complications with the doctor they referred me to. Okay again, why didn't you let me know ahead of time so i don't waste my damn day coming to your shit hole of an office? I ha e never been treated so bad in my life by a so called medical professional . Whenever I call for any reason I would either get put on hold and nobody would ever return and then I would call back and nobody would answer them or they would try to put me on hold I would ask to not go you put on hold they would do it anyway but before they did I was asked them to please call me back I have an urgent situation that really needs to be dealt with they would never call me back or answer the phone again when they saw my number that day. So unprofessional so rude and just plain wrong. They never once out of four years called to see how I was doing schedule a physical a checkup follow up or anyting. And when I did schedule an appointment I would go in at the scheduled time and if there was Armenians that were walk ins because there's no way they would schedule 5 people at the same time they were walk ins and all the Armenians would be seen before me even if it meant me sitting there two and a half hours after my scheduled appointment waiting to be seen. They are very racist I know that there's two sisters there Dr khachaprian and her sister and I'm not sure about the other workers but they are also Armenians and very very rude.
