I've been here a few times before and while I'm waiting for my appt today I figured I would leave a well deserved review. First of all, the waiting area is BEAUTIFUL- like right out of a magazine living room look! The staff is super prompt/organized, the NP I see along with the nurses are SO informative, gentle, & professional... I'm generally very uneasy during doctor visits but they truly go above & beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Marina is amazing! I just had my first appointment with her, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. I've been to see Dr. Kuperman twice after taking a shot in the dark to find a new OBYGN and she is wonderful! She is attentive and really remembers you. I am so glad I found her! I never felt uncomfortable during my appointments and she is reassuring when it comes to treatments and finding a solution. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like she was in a rush to move to other patients. The wait to see her is a little long, but when you get the attention she gives it is definitely worth it. In short: weird vibe. I came, on time, to my mid-day appointment, but no one answered the door or phone for about 10 minutes. I found another entrance with the door unlocked (not the one listed) . The place was deserted and quiet except for a man in a room at the back of the hallway who said the doctor worked there, but he didn't know where she was. I would have left- and should have- but another patient showed up after me (who appeared rather normal) who said she had seen the doctor at her previous location and she had seemed alright). The doctor finally strolls in from the outdoors and takes my info until her receptionist comes, in a little while later, to take over. The receptionist insisted on having me take my mask off (during covid, in the waiting room, with other patients present) for a picture. After that, they casually listed an ultrasound as part of my basic annual visit until I questioned it (FYI it's not part of an annual exam and I had no medical concerns). Clearly they are the type to do extra testing just to get more money. Then they added a bogus $75 surcharge, which my insurance verified did not exist. The doctor herself was calm and patient. But the general sketchiness of the place made me not trust her medical knowledge or the lab results. I should have left. Marina is great. I had a very quick, easy, and only kind of painful IUD removal then insertion on my first office visit to her. I'll be back in a month. Marina was confident about the procedure and good at explaining what she saw on the post-insertion ultrasound to me. She has a wry sense of humor which I love (reminds me of my own mother!) although I know that isn't for everyone. I look forward to my next appointment. read more

I really like Dr. Kuperman, however I was given a very serious diagnosis for something I do not have. The women at the front desk were incredibly rude and unorganized. The sonogram technician asked me if I knew I had a certain issue that I had never heard of and something that was very serious. I had no idea what she was talking about and when I brought it to Dr. Kuperman's attention she said that I didn't have that at all. I was really disappointed overall. read more
