I was told to call to make the virtual appointment, which I did. I called a few days later to ask for my blood test results and was told that they disposed of them since I left, even though I made a follow-up appointment. I was also told that the virtual appointment would be canceled because I couldn't speak to the doctor for the first time via a virtual visit. So, I wasted 90 minutes, plus travel time and endured a painful blood draw for nothing. I received no treatment and had to call 7 times to receive a copay refund. I also have to spend time ensuring my insurance company isn't billed. Additionally, I was told the practice manager would call me, but never received a call. Lastly, the front desk, nurse and biller were nasty on the phone. They argued and slammed the phone when disconnecting. I recommend avoiding this practice. They are disorganized, discourteous and do not care about treating patients.

Dr. Alan Dosik is an amazing doctor and a great human being. His care is very personal and the decisions we made together were very much informed, considered, and in the best interest of my wife. He is very patient, honest, and able to take a nuanced and personalized approach to medicine, constantly incorporating the latest research to guide our care. We truly feel he genuinely cares about our family's comprehensive health and wellbeing. If you are in a difficult situation which requires his attention, you do not have to think twice. Doctor Alan Dosik and his amazing team are the right choice, and you will not regret your decision. In addition, we appreciate the ability to receive care directly in his private practice, rather than in a hospital environment, which also helped make our experience less stressful. A few words about Dr. Dosik's team: everyone you meet in the office is truly dedicated to the mission of helping you overcome the obstacle that brought you to this practice in the first place. Things happen, and you suddenly learn how many truly good people are around you. I am afraid to miss anyone, but I will try my best to mention everyone who had their heart open to us: First of all - Jennifer, PA, who is very professional and experienced, and was our trusted go-to person for any treatment related questions. Nursing team: Lucia, Joy, Ingrid, Lola, Yasmin - who delivered excellent care and really put us at ease and made us comfortable during an otherwise anxiety inducing experience. The scheduling team: Judy, Marva, Kat, Zulema - who were flexible and accommodating to our needs. Front desk team: Rimma and Stella for keeping things running efficiently and always bringing warmth to our experience visiting the office. Thank you for reading this review. We wish you Health and Happiness!

I have seen countless Medical decisions made by the Oncologists at this practice that are complete malpractice. This office does not do up to date genetic testing or genomic testing for any of their patients. They would rather give ALL patients chemo for Monetary purposes than help their patients get new state of the art medications and help patients live longer. I am ashamed that I even worked at this practice as long as I did. IF you care about your loved ones, do NOT go see any of these Doctors. I promise you that they care about making money way more than they do about your cancer care. It is extremely sad and disgusting. It is 2023, and cancer is ever evolving, these Doctors are stuck in 1990's cancer care and it is very scary. I hope that the Medical board researches these Doctors and shuts this place down. I am not a disgruntled employee, I am a passionate person and I truly care about Cancer care. Patients come to this practice and trust that their Doctors are doing the best thing for them. I can assure you, they are NOT. Run as fast as you can from this office, and if you happen to come here, please go for a second opinion somewhere else. I promise you, the 2nd opinion will agree that this practice is morally corrupt! Do not trust these Dr's!! I don't care if they are Jewish and share the same faith as you, there are plenty other Oncologists in Brooklyn that do care about their patients. If I could could give this rating a -100, I would. Shame on everyone at this office for letting this go on as long as it has.

I'm reporting this because I'm straight out of the hospital from a pulmonary embolism and no one has the right to downgrade any patient and treat them like this, this isn't McDonald's I obviously came here because I'm sick. Besides my superb top quality medical team of Surgeons and Oncologists, I found the Nurses go above and beyond in their work, providing genuine care with such grace and pure empathy, often tending to patients as if family. Let's take a moment to praise the nurses. This year, 2025 I am a twenty years cancer survivor and visit MSKCC annually for my check up. It's key to stay informed and hopefully catch symptoms as early as possible. Sending prayers for healing and blessings to those who are going through the journey of one of the most difficult of diagnoses. Let us hope and pray they find a cure someday soon.
