We met with Dr Karen Halligan today , such a pleasant and knowledgeable vet , helped us out with our German shepherds gut issues today , she even has her own collar and cents radio show , their bill was 1/4 of what we've been paying and the staff were all amazing I vote #1 vet in Westchester

If I could I would give 0 stars for this clinic. I am so severely dissatisfied with this clinic. The only good thing about it is that it's across the street. On Thursday (05/08) my cat had a urinary blockage and was taking in (with my SECOND visit where I insisted that my cat is not okay), they did the procedure and told me that he needs to stay in for 2 days. My cat has attachment anxiety and he is severely stressed if I'm not around. Any explanation of that to the staff - did not make a difference. My cat was locked in that cage from 7pm till 8am next day without supervision and food. On Friday and Thursday evening post procedure - he was refusing to eat until I came and was able to feed him a little. When I came on Saturday at 8am to feed my cat and just be near him so he is less stressed before they will take the catheter - guess what - not only they did not allow me to see my cat, neither to feed him. All reasoning that he hadn't been fed for more than 14 hours were pointless cause this clinic values Bureaucracy over Empathy and individual needs of a cat. Saturday front desk lady lacks 100% empathy and I'm surprised that such people work there. Where when I point out that my cat is in distress - she replied "he is fine". When I said "what if you've been locked for 14 hours without food" - the front desk lady lashed out on me saying "how dare you to threaten me" where I never threatened her and was trying to call out to her empathy, imagining how it would feel. But she tried to make me guilty and gaslight me, saying that I am a problem. So I took him back Saturday around 10am and when I brought him back he was severely hungry. But because of sedation that they put - he could not eat food, like his chewing was uncoordinated. So my poor cat only ate maybe at 12pm. Anyway you would think that after that things got better? Ever since that surgery - my cat is in so much pain, urinating. The doctor "seem to follow up" via email with me but she never gave any clear guidance. So communication and setting the expectations of what's recovery would look like - nothing. Now it's been a week, and I called them saying that my cat is recovering very slow (I'm suspecting partially because of the stress they caused him by not allowing me to be near him) and one of his meds is out, maybe he needs a refill or something else? My heart's aches in pain every time he pees, he growls so much. And guess what they reply "oh since you went to emergency yesterday, go see that doctor again. We do t have doctors for the next 24-48 hours". Like seriously wow. That type of don't giving a shit about animal made me really really furious. And that's after I paid over $2k for his treatment. So STAY AWAY from this clinic at all cost. And today (05/28) I received an email from them saying that they terminating their contract with me cause "I'm a problem". My cat is doing better as of today (05/28) but still has not fully recovered. I hope my review tells a clear story of this clinic's priorities and practices. Instead of calling and making sure that my cat is alright and his recovering is going smoothly- that's the service they provide. Obviously I would never go back and endanger my cat with this clinic but this gaslighting tactics and animal neglect should be revealed to public!!!! And on the picture below you can see "how my cat is fine". That the picture the lady from front desk Saturday morning (05/09) when they were not allowing me to see him. Dr Marissa was the one responsible

No more biting on her paws. YAY!!

Marina Veterinary Center has amazing staff and were so kind to my dog, Foster. Foster was having really bad hot spots and itching for months. I tried to fix it on my own but the itching persisted. I took her in to see the vets and they gave her an allergy shot and helped me with a new food plan. Vet Tech Candice was so sweet to my dog and made her feel safe while getting her shots. I can't say enough great things about the staff and this office. Thank you, Marina Veterinary Center for helping Foster feel better!

I love Dr. Halligan. I've been going to her for years and she's just an advocate for animals and a nice person.

We kept coming back for the convenient location--until today. I arrived 15 minutes early for my dog's 2:30 PM appointment. At check-in, the front desk (Crystal) asked me to prepay, which was new to me. When I asked what services were included, she said only vaccines. I had previously requested microchipping a week ago, but that wasn't noted. She mentioned a 3 PM cancellation slot, but I told her to hold off since I couldn't stay much longer. After waiting over an hour, I asked a different tech about the delay. Then Crystal blurted she had moved my appointment to 3 PM to include all services--something she NEVER communicated; which I pointed out to her, I asked to speak with a supervisor and continued waiting. We were finally taken to a room, and 15 minutes later (total of 1hr 15min LATER) , the doctor entered and accused *ME* of being disrespectful to her staff--which is completely FALSE. I believe the front staff member BLATANTLY LIED to cover her own condescending and unprofessional behavior. I was upfront with the doctor and encouraged her to review the cameras. As a business owner myself, I know you never put a customer on the defensive--especially when your feelings are hurt because someone called out poor service. That's a training issue, not mine. This experience was not only upsetting but also makes me question how much the doctors enable their staff's mediocrity. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service is evident from the moment you walk in. I stand by my word: !!! review the cameras!!! I was never disrespectful--not once.

Finn is extremely shy and particular, and giving him fluids at home just isn't an option. We also made the intentional choice not to associate his one safe space, home, with anything painful. At the clinic, it sometimes takes three nurses to support him, one to gently hold him, one to feed him churro (his favorite distraction), and one to administer fluids. And they do it all with so much patience, compassion, and genuine care. Because of this team, Finn is not only stable, he's doing so well. Truly, I believe they've saved his life. If you're looking for a veterinary team that goes above and beyond, this is it. If you decide to join, feel free to use my referral code: REFER100-178N1. Their way of connecting through text and call was prompt, easy to reach, and thoughtful. They were the ones who diagnosed Coffee with degenerative heart condition and gave me treatments. Alot of other vets that I go every year never diagnosed him, only told us he has a heart murmur but didn't go further than that. They were very detailed about Coffee's condition, something I appreciate because Ive always been questioning his condition. Fast forward to a few weeks ago Coffee started having a smell that smelled like death. We took him to this vet again. The vet was direct, informative, and well intentioned. Before we could consider putting Coffee in any procedure we made sure to do some tests. Less than 24 hours later the vet called us to immediately request us to come back to explain the results. The results, while devastating, was handled with vigilance and care. The vet gave me time to cry afterwards in the room. They did all they could for my boy. In emergency they printed out the files so if his condition worsened were he had to be taken to the emergency, the papers were already there. I originally scheduled a euthanasia appointment with them but Coffee peacefully passed in my arms before then. They recommended this amazing place called Honor Pet when it comes to giving me and my dog peace. Thank you so much for doing your best with Coffee. Im very grateful.

The lobby and patient rooms smell fresh and clean in a very neutral way, without smelling either like animals or like too much cleaning product - comfortable for both animals and humans. There is typically plenty of parking during business hours, with a relatively quiet parking lot, so you can easily wait with your pet in the indoor seating or outside. Typically not crowded indoors, so if you have a scared or reactive pet, there is plenty of space in the large lobby / reception area to sit with your animal companion without them being too close to other patients. The pet scale in the reception area is flush with the floor, and because it's in the lobby, you can assist with your animal being weighed before they head into the back area with the staff - this is very helpful for scared and energetic pets who may need help sitting still. The staff are terrifically kind and helpful to both animals and humans. They are patient, they listen to your requests and feedback and help process your stress around a sick or injured animal. The doctors are skilled and thorough, and will help you through the complicated processes to make the best decisions for your animals. Payment and procedures are explained in advance with clear language and paper (and/or digital) estimates outlining cost and potential emergent medical choices. Reasonable prices. Ask about vaccine discount days! Best of all - they don't have an "emergency" fee for same-day or walk-in appointments! Even so, it's smart to call ahead if requesting a same-day appointment so you won't be waiting long with your stressed pet. Honestly, my dog loves the staff here.

They took the time to thoroughly examine him, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. They focused on what Rufus actually needed rather than recommending unnecessary tests or treatments. After speaking with other hospitals, I truly believe the cost elsewhere could have easily been several times higher. Bewell provided exceptional care at a fair price, which is rare to find these days. Most importantly, they treated Rufus like he was their own pet. That level of kindness and compassion meant the world to me during such a stressful time. To Dr. Park and the entire team: thank you for taking such amazing care of my baby. You turned one of the scariest days into one filled with hope and reassurance.
