They have a shower and restrooms which was very nice and convenient: pretty clean when we first arrived but over the course of the weekend one of the toilets got clogged and some people would really take their time in the SINGLE COMMUNAL shower. There's a lake nearby with jet ski rentals a lots of families playing in the water which is really nice. I do agree with the other reviews that people don't really follow the nighttime curfew here. We heard people singing karaoke and being loud. Overall we had a nice experience! Despite the downsides we still had a fun time. I would consider coming back here if I were to go camping again.

From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, taking the time to explain the repairs needed and ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. My boat came back running smoother than ever, with every detail meticulously handled and Alberto is a master detailer. My boat looked like new after an Alberto full detail. Their storage facility is top-notch--clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me complete peace of mind during the off-season. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises, which I greatly appreciated. Whether you need routine maintenance, major repairs, or reliable storage, Mile High Marine is the place to go. I'll be a loyal customer for years to come--highly recommend!

The indoor storage was only the beginning ! They did a fabulous job for us on engine maintenance for our boat. They did an excellent job for us annually with deep cleaning and season preparation for our boat. Mike and his son Michael , along with their office manager , were easily accessible and could not have been more pleasant to work with. We recently purchased a unique boat from them. The purchase process and the honest representation about our new boat was so impressive. We could not be more pleased about our history of working with Mile High, along with our new boat purchase from them. They are simply a relatable and reliable company to work with.

On July 5th we took my son , my daughter in law ,my husband and myself and two grandsons both under 7 years old to enjoy a ride on a pontoon. They were so excited to get on it . First off the one we were waiting on was very late. Secondary when it came in we could see it leaning to the side . I questioned the guy that was helping us and he said we need to distribute our weight when on the boat . The boat was very old . They call it the 80s series. It was disgustingly filthy . The latch on the small door was broken and the guy said it would stay closed. It kept opening up with the wind . We put our backpack on the floor to hold it shut . We also got stopped by the lake patrol telling us that the sticker on the pontoon wasn't up to date . Just as we were heading back in a boat went by us fast and a big gush of water knocked the door open even with the backpack in front . Myself and my daughter in law and grandkids were drenched from head to toe. The boat floor was full on water . This place needs to have maintenance on the pontoons for the safety of the passengers. If the latch worked on the door then we wouldn't have gotten soaked. The door swung open and hit my leg .So sad because we enjoyed taking family there because it's so close but NEVER again will we be going there. This place used to be so nice . You can do better Captain John ! Bring this place back to what it once was .

Some of the staff will explain more to you on boating and jet ski instructions some less. Benjamin was great! Jet skis honestly were iffy. I was worried. The day we went boating, saw some decently new ones and a few old and colors/paint on the skis looked really worked out. Luckily, the day we went! We got 2 really clean and new looking ones. Oh boy did they go fast! I think we hit 40+ MPH. What a blast! Pontoon was ok as usual the gear shifter are stiff and tough to adjust like most boats I've been on fell rentals. But it worked! We hosted all the way to the dam side of the lake and fished and the only thing is no anchors. Plus the lake is deep so it's not available to anchoring.

Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, the staff simply closed our reservation and wanted to charge our deposit, which is $300. The supervisor that came is extremely rude, he just started yelling. The jet skis themselves were old, heavily worn, and clearly not well maintained. They looked like they had seen better days and did not match the quality we expected for the price. The rude attitude, lack of transparency, and poor customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun experience. People who cannot treat customers with respect should not be working in the hospitality and tourism industry. Would not recommend this place. There are other better places we went after.
