Bought new rv from nature and me a year ago may. Had AC unit replaced and now new one went bad in June. Contacted dealer and haven't had anything done yet. They set appointments and never show up. I contacted them every week and I'm told they'll get back with me but never does. This is the third RV I've purchased from them. This is how they treat their customers??? 0 stars!! Ed was supposed to be our service advisor. Zero communication. Zero returned phone calls. Zero work completed. Zero effort. Should have been easiest, most profitable repair. We have a warranty, they pay out top dollar and promptly, I know this because I had just used it, in a similar situation. I sent pictures, part numbers, and all info on warranty on 5/20/22. Understanding "everyone is busy" I let Ed with Nature & Me RV know that we were in the area for 2 months (Aug.1). I even stopped in to put a face to my name, I was told they were sending my request for service to "warranty" next week. Zero call. Today is 7/13/22 Zero call back. Zero request for service. We hit a branch while traveling in Montana and sustained damage to our Puma fifth wheel. We chose Nature and Me because they are a Puma dealership and sadly assumed they would do a nice job with our rig. They had our trailer 10 MONTHS and the work done shows no pride, accuracy or care. Also after a $10,000 insurance job they left work incomplete. Pictures show the work we can see, so if this is what we can see, how is the work we can't see (roof panels, inside walls left exposed with incomplete, gaping caulk over the winter outdoors)! Suspect they also claimed doing work and didn't, turning that over to investigation. Pictured is the "new" roof membrane, caulk, seams. They get one star for putting the new awning on correctly and replacing the decals that were damaged. Not saying don't use Nature and Me, simply giving information to make an informed decision. They have wiped hands of this and said the work pictured "is on par with new rigs from the manufacturer." read more

I had to have repairs done to my Airstream, and Nature and Me took care of the damage. I also had new awning shades added to both sides of my trailer at the same time along with new tires. The quality of workmanship was the best, truth be told. I think Nature and Me does better work on repairs than Airstream itself. I actually had Nature and Me repair the work that Airstream had done at the manufacturers site because they hadn't repaired it correctly. Nature and Me fixed what Airstream should have. After my repairs and service work, my wife and I went on a six week trip across the US to visit family and go to the WBCCI International rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The repair to the trailer couldn't be better, doesn't look like there was an accident at all, no leaks at the new window or replaced aluminum panels. The shades worked perfectly, the tires had no issues and were perfect. If the tires hadn't been mounted properly we'd have had issues on the road. Nature and Me has serviced my Airstream for the last seven year, since I moved to Michigan and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They repair and maintain my trailer from two points of view that are important to me. The first being safety, the second doing the work correctly and quality of work. I'm never disappointed. The always keep me informed as they do service or repairs and I'm never surprised when I pick up my Airstream, either by the quality of workmanship or the bill.
