I was impressed with his honesty. He recommended other minor repairs for the boat. He gave me the best price possible for various repairs and services. My boat was quickly fixed and within a day, I was back on the water. While I was testing my new Jack Plate, I was having some electrical issues. Whenever I called him, which was several times, he was always kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. With his proper guidance, I was able to fix all the minor issues. He was so helpful. I received a same-day response from Elevation Boat Lift Services LLC, and Scott set an appointment for Friday that very week. The following day, I sent a photo of the two motors, and Elevation sent me an estimate. Scott came on Friday at the appointed time. He checked the cables, pulls, motors, gem box, etc. Scott was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. The following Monday Scott installed the motors and gem box. I stand there for a while while he is yammering, hoping he will get the MESSAGE that another customer needs help. He doesn't get it. So I go look at something else, come back, stand there close to where he is yammering and wait awhile AGAIN, still this guy is clueless. I go back up to the same Cashier I started with and wait 3 people deep to ask "Hey, is there another employee you could send back to Electronics to help me out?" And another Cashier (male with dark hair) jumps on the second register and I tell him the entire story and I ask if he can send someone Else to Electronics to help a sister out? He proceeds to ask me "Can I take the two people behind you?" I said, FORGET IT, IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD TO GET HELP HERE. I walked out disgusted at the employees in this store. Of course you can listen to the sales pitch and walk around the boat lot. But the best way to determine if the boat is right for you is having a demo. Captain Ashley took us out on a day with wind and chop. We were impressed with both the handling and performance of the Avalon triton. She was very knowledgeable about the features on the boat and encouraged us to take the helm. This demo greatly influenced our decision to purchase the Avalon triton.
