My review is a rinse-and-repeat of everyone else on Yelp and other websites. Safeeds is an…read moreunreliable broker and I'd put 0 stars if I could. As someone who needed their vehicle shipped from coast to coast, it was incredibly frustrating to not receive any updates regarding a potential pickup of the vehicle. I understand that drivers control the market prices for vehicle pickup, but it's crazy to think that this company would offer nothing but radio silence for 2.5 weeks. Only when I called did they offer any updates - and even then, all they could say was that they were "still looking for a driver" and they would "update you when we can." As someone in an earlier review said: offer what you have, not what you think. I too ended up canceling my service with Safeeds, getting back my $300 deposit, and then proceeded with another broker who did more for me in 3 days than Safeeds did in 3 weeks. I would literally rather drive my car from coast to coast than go down another rabbit hole with Safeeds. Save yourself the trouble, people.

I had the same experience as most of their other victims. They promised me a fixed price, I…read moreconfirmed with my agent that the price wouldn't change, then I signed the contract. 2 weeks later and I'm preparing for my cross-country move. It's the day before my car needs to be shipped out and I've received no word from my agent so I reach out. He tells me he has a driver ready for 500 more dollars than agreed to in the contract. After much back and forth, he agreed to cover some of the cost and book me with that driver. Except there was no driver. The day my car was supposed to ship past and I still had no carrier assigned. Their car tracking interface also said that my car had been picked up and was in transit when it was actually sitting in my driveway. After looking into their reddit and BBB reviews I realized that this is their business model, the classic bait and switch then trap customers when they're in a tight spot. Despite the fact that I was desperate to get my car shipped out, I decided to book with another company for an even higher price. I would rather pay people I trust extra than do business with criminals. Also, my agent assured me that my deposit wouldn't be charged until a driver is assigned but they charged me anyways and refuse to refund me so I'm filing a dispute.

TLDR: these guys are bullies. they suck and i hate them.
