Went to get a tire fixed- shouldn't have. They stated they had the tire in and could do it day of-…read morebut told me to take the tire off myself or they charge $45 to do it. Ok, so take the tire off and bring in the rim. They then say they can't do it for 2 days. Ok- 5 days later they call to get it approved to even start.- finally pick it up a week later (they don't have a concept of of being on time here and don't care). They put on the wrong tire on and when I stated it, they agreed, "oh yeah-that's too big" but refuse to refund the wrong new tire- and told me to sell it myself. Now to fix it they want to charge me again for the right tire size, which they don't have in stock and have to "special order". I don't think they ever had the tire in stock-put this wrong one on and knew it. Two weeks later, $200 out for the wrong tire and terrible customer service. I'm taking my wrong tire and business elsewhere. They are rude and provide zero help. I'll never do business with them again. I have a dirt bike tire for sale if anyone wants one!

We were able to tour a Grand Design Solitude at an RV show closer to our home, but had never stepped foot in the model that we purchased. Tyler was very helpful, informative and professional is all aspects of the sale. The team had everything in order when we showed up for our appointment and our unit was sitting front and center all shined up for us take it home. We had a very thorough walk thru with Kyle, the technician, that did some work on the rig for us (cutting in dryer vent and a pre delivery inspection). The rig was clean, filled up, plugged in and heated for us. After the walk through we met with Cindy, in finance, to take care of the paperwork. She was great! Everything was ready to go and we were ready to hit the road in about an hour and a half total. I would highly recommend this dealership for any RV needs (purchase or repairs) as they went above and beyond to make this entire process the best ever!

I came up from Las Vegas twice about a Honda Gold wing that they had advertised on their website…read more what a F'ing nightmare. their add for the bike was a total scam, stating the bike was fully serviced by their service department. first off the tires were dated 2015 and didn't hold air, when I checked the oil dipstick it was dry after several tries, it appeared the front wheel bearings were about gone, the brake pads were thin and they weren't going to fill the tank with gas. they had phony paperwork for the bike, they knew nothing about the bike mechanically and it was obvious they didn't care. the bike was on consignment which was another reason why they didn't care. I told the their name was behind the sale which you represent and this bike is going to get someone killed. The place was ran poorly and I wouldn't buy a lawnmower from the place. I highly recommend you stay clear from this dealership.

We visited two dealerships in St. George, and unfortunately, both experiences were incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and acted like they couldn't care less whether we purchased from them or not--which was shocking, considering how friendly people in St. George usually are. Thankfully, our experience took a complete turn for the better when I reached out to Polaris Can-Am Honda World in Mesquite, Nevada through their online contact form. Harold responded promptly and was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning. What a refreshing difference in attitude and customer service! We texted back and forth, and Harold patiently answered all my questions. When I called to follow up, he was just as kind and easy to talk to over the phone. My wife and I decided to make the short drive down to Mesquite to meet him in person--and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and respect. One of the best parts of our visit was that they actually have a test drive track on-site, so we were able to drive the side-by-side we were interested in before making a decision. That hands-on experience made all the difference and really helped us feel confident in our purchase.
