On 8/19/2025, 13:01. I walked into this branch to deposit cash of 700$. There were 6 of 100$ bills…read moreand 5 of 20$ bills, together 700$. I counted them on the Chase counter, in front of the teller Dena, before I hand them to the her. It was 700$, and the area I counted the cash was a right ankle that Chase camera on the ceiling would capture clearly. Cashbox #07, Session #16, Transaction #34. After I hand the 700$ to teller Dena, I looked down to my wallet because I needed to put back my debit card. Then I heard her saying it's only 660$. In between her have my cash and the cash goes on the counting machine, I lost eye contact of the money about 10 seconds. I immediately ask my money back and count again. At this time, it's too late, only 660$ left. Even I lost eye contact for that time, but the camera on ceiling capture everything. The deposit amount still shows 700$ now in my account because I pulled money Again from my wallet which was 40$ to make it become 700$ again. I needed to deposit 700$ so it's enough to pay credit card bills. The camera would also capture me pulled money the 2nd time from wallet. I know 40$ is not a very big amount, but if this happens as a pattern on different customers too, together could be a big amount. Everything was captured on the camera including I was counting the 700$ on the counter at the very beginning, the evidence is there. I hope Chase can investigate on this.

I have never seen a bank ran this way. I'm used to all employees pitching in to clear the lines. Not here! This bank is very unprofessional and clearly does not know how to provide good customer service or function with any type of customer first methodology. Pass if you value your time and worth.

To shorten I wasn't allowed a cashiers check to put a down payment on condo, and was also refused service at the teller line to pull 40 dollars. Mind you, not once did I yell, curse or even be disrespectful. When I told the BM I'm moving have you ever moved? She got up and dismissed me like I was a peasant. I went over to Antioch branch, spoke with Vincent and he resolved everything and listened and allowed me to vent about my experience. He was a banker, manager, therapist, and someone that I feel truly cared. Not only did he provide amazing service and save my relationship with Wells Fargo as a new customer, Camille "head teller" & Aurora as well were exceptionally kind. Day and night experience with this branch compared to the other. If you want a good experience with wells go to Antioch and have Vincent help you! Thank you Antioch team for not only your kindness but allowing me the fresh new start I've always wanted in a new state!

UPDATE: I sent the picture of the "tar" oil to the owner and to his credit he responded quickly and…read moreapologized. He said that it was indeed obvious that the oil wasn't changed, and acknowledged this was a "miss" by his mechanic. I appreciated this bc at the time I was contending that the oil hadn't been changed, I felt like the "bad guy" when his mechanic was telling us that he had changed it. So I appreciated the call. In any case, this could have been a real problem for me had I not done my own checking and changed the oil myself, and no doubt I would have just been out-of-luck with no recourse. So even if not attributable to malice in this case, stuff can fall through the cracks and I recommend that you do your own thorough due diligence and not necessarily just take everything that is said at face value. ORIGINAL: Be careful and you should buy here only if you know cars or if you have a good mechanic. I came here only because they happened to have a rare model that I was looking for. The owner represented that they had changed the oil after I expressly asked. I honestly didn't care if they did or not, I just wanted to know so I would know to do it. After a cursory check after some driving, it was obvious from the dipstick that the "mechanic" had not. I went back to the dealership to get them to do it. When I returned, the owner swore up and down that his "mechanic" changed the oil, and that he didn't want to ask him to change it again bc then he'd be "calling his mechanic a liar." I said I couldn't speak to whether the "mechanic" was a liar or not, but see can see from the photo what eventually came out when I changed it. So yea, man, your "mechanic" is indeed, a liar. The owner then offered to reimburse me if I went to go change it at Midas nearby. Not trusting a "quickie oil change" place either I asked instead if the owner would just pay me the cost of the oil and filter and I'd do it myself. So buyer beware. They have a decent selection of interesting cars, but you should assume, regardless of what they tell you, that they did not do any maintenance to the car. Unless you are physically watching them as they do it, and even then I'm not sure I would trust them. You will either have to check everything yourself, or take it to your trusted mechanic. The one thing that is good, is that the salespeople seemed like decent enough people, but definitely are not thorough or take proper care in what they are doing. For 90% of buyers who don't know anything about cars they can probably get away with their behavior. But I'd recommend that you only buy here if if you really know your cars and know exactly what to check.
