What they didn't tell me is that there would be additional hidden charges I was charged $233 total. When I went back to ask why, they said it was for "paying with card" and because "the DMV charges them to process it." If you're going to charge more than the stated $40 service fee, disclose it upfront so customers can decide if they want to proceed. Had I known, I would have gone to the DMV right next door and saved the extra money. Be aware of the hidden fees before coming here.

I went to the office in Stockton to see if they could renew my registration. My registration was…read moreactually suspended because I didn't have insurance on the car, the lady at the office was able to release the suspension and also provide me with auto insurance so I could renew the registration and finally get current tags. The cool thing is they can give your new registration on the spot and THE STICKER IN HAND! I didn't have to go to the DMV wait an hour, then wait another few weeks to receive the registration card and sticker. SUPER CONVENIENT! I guess the only downside is the location but they do have a private parking lot and secured building. Overall awesome experience, Cynthia was really nice.
