Had I known, I would have gone to the DMV right next door and saved the extra money. Be aware of the hidden fees before coming here.

I'm extremely disappointed with how Delta Honda handled a repair on my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid…read more Within about a week of purchasing the vehicle, I brought it to Delta Honda because the splash shield was hanging. I also had open recalls, so I chose an authorized Honda dealership rather than taking the vehicle to an independent repair shop. My May 18, 2026 service order specifically states: "Splash shield is hanging," and the repair was to "secure the splash shield with 2 bolts." I was told the vehicle was fixed. Nobody told me this was a temporary repair, that the splash shield was damaged, or that it should be replaced. About 2 1/2 months later, the same splash shield came loose again. I returned expecting Delta Honda to stand behind the original repair. Instead, I was told I must have hit something and was quoted approximately $400 to replace the same splash shield. What bothers me most is that if the shield was damaged enough that simply securing it with two bolts wasn't a proper long-term repair, I should have been told that during the original visit. I relied on the dealership's expertise and left believing the problem had been properly repaired. I also spoke with management and unfortunately did not feel that there was much willingness to take responsibility for or seriously reconsider the original repair. I have both service orders and photos documenting the issue. I'm now pursuing the matter through Honda Customer Relations and other appropriate channels. I expected better workmanship and customer service from an authorized Honda dealership.

Met my salesman Pouria who was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or ask for my number. I told him I would be back. When I came back I went to him and told him I wanted a test drive. We test drove 2 different vehicles with no pressure. Came back a couple days later and purchased due to the friendly staff and no pressure. Pouria is awesome and works hard to provide excellent customer service. I would trust him again and recommend him. Moe the manager was very helpful and upfront with stuff and was awesome. Gino in finance helped us get many rebates that we qualified for and was also easy to work with. Service department here is outstanding. Luke the service advisor is the best I have ever worked with and he's him regularly. Gina the cashier is always friendly and outgoing. The overall experience here was outstanding 5 stars. We will be buying from here again and continue to get service here as well. Way better than when it was winter.
