When I came back and laid it out for them, they refused to fix any of it. That refusal told me everything. The misrepresentation may have been the sales tactic, but stonewalling afterward was the actual policy. They were pleasant right up until the paperwork was signed, and useless every minute after. There are dozens of dealerships that will sell you a car without treating honesty as optional. Go to one of those. Whatever you think you're saving here, you will pay for it later, and they will not be there when you do.

I came to purchase a car for my wife, because hers went down. She found a car and we purchased it cash. But if I rewind, the whole entire time that I was there, this guy spoke so highly of not selling junk and not selling bad cars. My wife test drove it on the highway and back up the street for about 10 minutes. My wife like the car. She drove the car for a couple of days and then began mentioning a rattle and shake on the front end of the car.(Now, remember, some women will just drive a car until the wheels come off, and never really noticed sounds, but this was different and alarming to her) I got in. I heard the noise while she was driving, I decided to drive I heard the noise shaking loose sound, not only was there a shaking, loose sound whenever you press the gas pedal during the gear changes the steering wheel which snatch to the right right in between the gear changes. That's when I was sort of confused because I did not think that there was anything with the motor that could be related to the steering at all, even more odd. I return to the dealership. Now this is when the funny business starts the young lady there immediately starts getting crazy defensive about my complaint and the quality of vehicle never saying to me bring the car back so we can see what's wrong. However, she was sure to make sure that she stated that you know this is a used vehicle, and I should know better, this is an as is dealership, (Like get outta here clown you know you can't complain at a used car dealership sorry you have to be quicker than that, sir. Was her attitude) she began making excuses for her manager or the owner I returned again the same thing he's not here he's not here. Here's the crazy thing the whole entire bottom of the vehicle never had screws installed on the control arms of the truck except for one bolt that was hanging out had we not gone to a mechanic who did a full inspection and me videos and showed us that we could have been killed in this car no call steel Tuesday from direct auto. These vehicles are unsafe and whoever the person is home inspected, these vehicles should be fired and this place should be close. I have video footage and I have the entire inspection report. I am considering posting it on here also so that you can see how horrible this business is don't go horrible this business is don't go there. I implore you don't do it. Once I arrived to check the car out, it was as good in person as it looked on paper. No pressure, no hassle. Pricing is firm but more than fair, and they even offer warranty options if you want the extra peace of mind. I was promised a flash drive with all of my signed paperwork sent by mail--I never received anything. I've called multiple times and have been given nothing but excuses and runarounds. The worst part: I later found out the vehicle has a Structural damage report on the CARFAX that I myself had to look up because I was not given a CARFAX when I asked for it, which was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This is a huge issue and completely unacceptable. Failing to disclose something this important is misleading and raises serious concerns about how this dealership does business.
