I was promised a flash drive with all of my signed paperwork sent by mail--I never received anything. I've called multiple times and have been given nothing but excuses and runarounds. The worst part: I later found out the vehicle has a Structural damage report on the CARFAX that I myself had to look up because I was not given a CARFAX when I asked for it, which was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This is a huge issue and completely unacceptable. Failing to disclose something this important is misleading and raises serious concerns about how this dealership does business. At this point, I have lost all trust in this place and will be pursuing legal action. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I found this service on Google and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technicians called to see if they could come early, which was fine with me. I came out, handed them the keys, and went back to work. About 30 minutes later, they called that they were done. I grabbed the keys back and they let me know that they'd text me with a payment link. No trying to get me to buy extra services and no making me feel like a silly girl. This is truly the most convenient way to get an oil change and I'll be using it a lot more than I know the service exists!

Bought a Mercedes for 35K and took it to my mechanic for a check up. He found that the rear rotors…read morewere heavily rusted, there were deep cuts in the tire treads of the front left tire (like someone cut it with a razor, you could peel back the treads), and the windshield wipers were leaving streaks on the windshield. I scheduled an appointment to have CarMax tighten things up because their "125 point inspection" apparently does cover rotors, tires, or wiper blades. Of course this process took longer than the 10 day return window and I was just told that rust on rotors is normal, the gashes on the tires aren't deep enough to expose the wires, so we will not be addressing them. We did find that the wiper blades were worn so they were replaced and your vehicle is ready for pickup. GET YOUR CAR CHECKED BY A MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY!!! IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND, THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU.
