We purchased a 2020 Jaguar F-Type from Gary Mizia. It was shipped to us in Phoenix Az. When it came I found it didn't have a key for the locking lug nuts. I called and Gary told me it was a used car and had no warranty. I also found out the motor was replaced last year that didn't show up in the car fax. I asked if they would cover the cost of removing the lug nuts and they said no. This is poor customer service and wouldn't purchase another car from a supposed high line dealer. read more

I bought my dream car! I would like to thank everyone over at Marino Performance Motors for making the whole experience even more memorable and amazing! I had always wanted a Tesla Model X from the minute they were announced. I went to the Tesla store, only to find that the model I wanted, configured how I wanted it, was going to cost me over 100k. So I decided to look for a used one. Saturday morning, I decided to drive up from Miami to see Kerry at Marino Performance Motors in West Palm Beach, FL. I took my daughter with me. She is 7 years old, and a Tesla enthusiast like myself. I call her my Tesla buddy. The minute we pulled up, we saw the car, and it was beautiful. It looked like brand new; detailed better than the new ones I had just seen the night before at the Tesla store. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kerry and Gary, and instantly I felt like family. The price of the Model X was great, and with 11k miles, the car was like new. I mentioned to Kerry that I was interested in trading in my Chevy SUV as well. After a few minutes, Kerry gave me the trade in numbers, and they were beyond fair. A hand shake later, and I was a Tesla owner. Kerry said that Marino PM was about treating everyone like family, and giving the best no-haggle prices on sale and trade in, and it showed. I saved almost $25k on a car with 11k miles on it!!! The showroom was filled with the most amazing luxury and exotic sports cars, all in mint condition. I couldn't believe how pristine they were. A short time later, and Emma and I were pulling away in our new Tesla. It all seemed like a dream. The best car buying experience I've ever had, and it doesn't end there. On Monday morning, I got a call from Gil, the finance manager over at Marino PM, and he told me that he had great news for me. He was able to find me better financing terms with a lower interest rate, saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. I was speechless. I didn't expect that they would be shopping for a better rate for me, days after the deal was already done. All I can say is "WOW!!!" We bought a 2006 Z06 Corvette and we did understand that it was "as is". However, we were told by the seller that the car was in excellent shape, barely driven, no problems, no issues. We took delivery of vehicle and could not even start it up. It wouldn't even take a jump start. It was removed from one trailer and put on another trailer, then hauled to a Chevrolet dealer. They replaced the battery and started the car. I received a call from the dealer and the gentleman informed me that the car was leaking oil from the oil pan. They informed me that it was obvious to them that the automobile had not been started in quite some time. In short, $4000 later I was finally able to pick up and drive the car. I informed Marino Motors of the issue, but could not get any return calls. Finally received one response and that was that "You purchased the car as is". That statement is true. But had I of flown to West Palm Beach, and they in fact replaced the battery so that I could have driven it back to KC, I would have never made it. The Kansas City dealership told me I would have blown the engine. Know this before you do any business with this unprofessional organization. read more

I am remarkably anal when it comes to collector and sports cars..For over two years I have been looking for an exceptional Ferrari 360 Modena with a gated shifter. On July 20th I found a 2002 TDF Blue/Bordeaux example with 5970/one owner miles advertised at Marino's. It had every piece of paperwork from day one and even the original tires and window sticker. I had a well known and respected Ferrari expert from Motorcar Gallery perform the PPI. He strongly recommended it and the purchase was completed. I received the car a week later and couldn't be more pleased. Once a few very small odds and ends are addressed it will really be a new car. Gary Mizia (sales) was direct, honest and responsive. When I called him, he told me he "had to go out of town suddenly", but would be back in a couple days. I never heard from him again. Felt it unfair to this business to have just one review on here, and a negative one at that. Too often, one angry customer will take the time to disparage a business, but rarely will a happy customer take the time to actually go online to leave positive feedback. I am in the medical professions and it's the same way unfortunately. Regarding Marino Performance Motors: I have always dealt with the big dealerships when purchasing cars, but took a chance and visited with Marino Performance a small dealer in Palm Beach. Ended up purchasing an Audi R8 from them 48h ago. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Great communication long before visiting, great vehicles, excellent prices, painless purchase. One review online seemed a bit over the top in their negativity, and then ironically went back online to rescind the whole review, I felt compelled to come on here a leave some praise. One issue I have had with the big dealers through the years is since they have the volume, you get left with the feeling that they don't have much interest in earning your business- 100 other folks will roll in the door later that day. This isn't the case with the smaller businesses like Marino, who do have to work to earn business and attract customers. Their effort truly showed in that regard and I greatly appreciated it. All the folks working there seemed like genuinely nice people- from the owner, to the manager, to the chaps that care for the cars; I was very happy to help support a small business. I recently purchased an exotic car at this dealership and experienced a less than satisfactory experience. Prior to acquiring a 2000 550 Ferrari maranello I discussed in depth the condition of the car and was assured that the problem areas of this model had been addressed. such was not the case resulting in over $7000 in estimated repairs required in order to rectify the identified issues. Given the age of the vehicle I made the decision that I would ask for 50% of the mechanical portion of the repair just more than $2000. after 30 days of promises whereby I would receive some measure of consideration I was literally blown off by both the sales manager and the owner of the business. Imagine purchasing and $85,000 car only to be told that it was fine and a good example. After the inspection was complete, they were more than willing to discuss any shortcomings of the vehicle and solutions.
