I went back and forward, contemplating rather or not I should leave a review. I stand by my first review of how he perfectly installed my shower head. Now I'm very disappointed! I feel played! I have an Autistic son who put holes in the wall! Mario were to install the dry wall 2 weeks before my son got out of school for Thanksgiving break. He started on the job, so far so good. He even complimented me on the hard work I do, as a single mom of a disabled son. He did part of the job and said I'll come back and complete it . It was raining and had to deal with his young son. I understand.... We must keep our kids first. He came back, worked and said I'll be back and complete the job. I paid him half of the price he requested, via venmo. Days later, he doesn't show up to complete the job. I text him and he replied telling me all the problems he's experienced. I tell him, I understand. My son gets out for Thanksgiving break, I'm thinking and hoping Mario will call when my sons returns to school. It is now December 17th, my son is out for his two weeks Christmas break. I still haven't heard from Mario! What bothers me the most, Mario didn't bother to tell me he couldn't complete the job! No call and no snow. He mistaken my kindness for weakness! Now I still have holes in the walls. This also impacted my son's behaviors. I'm so glad I didn't pay him in advance. I'm not even bitter by this. I hired Mario to repair my roof in January 2023. He "repaired" the roof and gave me a 1yr guarantee on the work. The roof leaked again 3 weeks later so I called him and he said he'd be there to look at it. He never showed up. The roof leaked again last week 5/3/23. My shower was leaking from underneath the caulking so I assumed all it needed was to be re-caulked. Mario came out and said he could caulk it and stop the leak but that would not fix the real problem. He said the shower pan may have a problem. He gave a quote and I scheduled for a return visit. On his return visit he investigated the problem thoroughly and said the drain basket was missing a gasket which would cost way less than his original quote. Very good prompt service. Put up wire shelving in our garage and gave ideas how to make it aesthetically pleasing. We are downsizing and did not want the garage to become just a storage place.We had wood flooring from doing the floor and Mario installed it against the wall which we appreciated as we did not really want to throw it away and we did not get any one to take just the few leftovers we had.
