No. ​He arrived and parked in some random spot in our complex. Then, he had the nerve to ask if he could park in our private garage which was occupied. Keep in mind, our complex has tons of guest parking everywhere, just not a dedicated spot directly in front of our home. ​I then had to spend the next 10 minutes walking around the complex trying to find where he'd parked. When I finally located him, he yelled out of his truck window, "Where's your unit?" I was standing about 10 feet away from it. He text me asking if I could put the garage door up...as if that would help him identify where my unit was in a complex with 100 garages that look the same. ​I politely told him he couldn't park in the garage but that he could park in any of the numerous visitor spots. He got visibly upset, made a face, and then proceeded to back his truck up toward a spot that already had a car in it, then pulled forward toward another spot that also had a car in it. ​I watched him sit in his truck for about 30 seconds... and then he just drove off. He just left the complex. ​He didn't even have the basic professionalism to get out of the car, roll down his window, or call to say he was leaving. He just took off. I sat there in disbelief and actually had to call him to ask what was going on. ​He sent me a text saying parking was "too hard" and that he didn't want to walk to and from his truck. I called him, and he gave me the same excuse. ​I was bewildered. This is a HANDYMAN complaining about having to park his car in a designated, open parking spot and walk a short distance to perform a repair. He hadn't even seen the door. We have plenty of other contractors and vendors who perform services every single month without any issue. This is the third time we have had Mario help us out. This time, we had him replace our garbage disposal and remove an address plaque from our exterior wall, re-stucco, and paint. Mario arrive about 10 minutes early. He is always on time or a little early. He got right to work, and finished up in about two hours. He multi tasks, so while he waited for me to go buy a new disposal, he removed the old one and did the stucco work. After he installed the new disposal, he finished up by painting the stucco. He works at a good pace, and doesn't waste any time. He showed us that there were no leaks after the disposal installation, and we could see his good work on the exterior stucco.
