    Cranberry ice hand soap!
    Melinda M.

Best hand soap at a Highway rest stop bathroom I've ever come across. 5-stars. Will wash my hands here again...and do other bathroom related things too.

A large rest area on I-75 not far from where the Florida Turnpike would sit from 75. It is a clean and spacious stop, good to grab a respite from the highway and stretch your legs a bit.

Quick stop for a business call. If you are over 40 feet in total use the truck lot. We followed the RV signs and are 40' plus the road for 60' total. Lots of us were impending traffic.

If you're going north on the Turnpike it ends and merges onto I 75 North. The last rest area on the Turnpike then would be at Okahumpka so that's a pretty good distance. This small rest area comes in real handy. There's nothing really glorious about it but there's a large parking and walking area and it's perfect to walk the pets or get out and stretch yourself. There's quite a number of picnic tables that are covered if you have a snack to eat. The facilities themselves are quite adequate. Clean restrooms with many stalls. There's several vending machines with foods and beverages of all types if you don't have any snacks with you. Even ice cream & coffee! I wish I remembered what the mile marker was but there is a sign 2 miles prior letting you now it's coming up.

Ya don't see these very often ...

It's an older facility, but it has what you need. A place to pee, a place for your pets to pee, and more. The hand dryers weren't very effective, you'd be better off blowing on your hands or give someone a hug and wipe them off on their back. There are snack machines, drink machines (only Pepsi products), and an ice cream machine. And if your cell phone is dead, they've got you covered ... a real live working pay phone (now if I could only remember someone's actual number ...)

I've been to nicer rest centers. The bathrooms were at least clean enough to use. In a pinch this would be a quick stop place.

Restroom stalls are wide, security 24/7, good place to nap, well lit at nite, bathrooms could be cleaner.

There is plenty of parking for cars, but it looked like the truck parking for the tractor trailers was a bit tight. This rest area is just south of the Gainesville, Florida exits. All in all, I would definitely recommend this rest area. It was clean and a good place to stretch your legs.

This is a large rest area just south of a Gainesville on I-75, with lots of parking for both cars and trucks. The location is very "southern" and pretty; big shady oak trees with lots of hanging Spanish moss. There are dozens of big covered picnic tables, not too close together, each one is like a little pavilion. Some are reserved for handicapped guests. The bathrooms were huge, with multiple entrances. (I assume this is so they can clean 1/2 at a time & still keep the other 1/2 open.). The facilities were clean, with plenty of soap and working air dryers. They also had baby changing tables and a family bathroom. There was a good assortment of vending machines, all pretty well stocked. There are paths that you can walk through; but unfortunately none of the paths took you into the Payne's Prairie Preserve. There was a chain link fence separating rest area from Mother Nature, but we walked up to the fence & could see multiple gators swimming in the water retention area beyond the fence and we saw one cute little alligator, about 3.5-4 feet long just chilling during the beautiful fall day. (He was separated by the fence, and there are many "No Trespassing" signs posted all around, along with warnings about venomous snakes.). I'm glad to know there are safe rest stops along I-75; and this is definitely a nice place to rest, eat, or walk around.

They have a light system similar to Disney which shows you which stalls are in use and which are available. Makes the bathroom experience seamless. Once you're done there you can explore all they have to offer!! They offer a bunch of food options, and everything is made fresh. This time around we tried the pulled pork mac and cheese and the brisket mac and cheese. Both were amazing. The mac itself is super cheesy and indulgent. I also got the chicken salad which is so yummy and the cookie dough is a must for a sweet treat. They have a huge counter where you can order some jerky and also sample it. If you prefer the pre-packaged bag, they also have that available. They also have a ton of merch with clothes and household items. They even have their sauces and seasonings available for purchase. It's always packed but don't let that deter you. The cashiers work fast and efficiently, and it doesn't take much to get out. There are a bunch of gas pumps and EV chargers available to fuel and charge up while you're shopping. This makes any road trip that much better!

There are many food choices, yet I have not eaten anything, but plan on it one of these days. This is a fun place for a visit at the very least. If I lived closer, i would definitely be here more often.
