While waiting for the information one of the office workers had her baby sitting on her desk feeding her child. Car seat is in the middle of the floor behind front desk. Coat and purse has been thrown on an empty office chair. Maybe if the office staff was doing the job they are getting paid for everything would be a lot more organized and professional. The person I requested information from is trying to get it done but is having to go to the person feeding their child...does anyone know how to do the job they are being paid for?? I thought I was in a daycare maybe hair or nail salon not a professional medical office! Now that I have a bill I will be paying it then they will give me MY records! I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew. She quite derisively replied that I hadn't asked. I admit that in my frustration I snipped that I didn't realize I had to ask and turned to help my husband back to the car. On our way out she made sure we heard her sarcastic verbal parting shot, "Nice." It doesn't matter how wonderful the doctor may be when the office staff act as if they're doing you a favor by deigning to speak at you.

Entire story: I saw Dr. Todd for a re-treatment of a root canal. Not only did he not get back to me after the procedure when I was in immense amount of pain (I had to seek another doctor to prescribe me the right kind of antibiotics) but he MISSED A CANAL in my tooth and now I have to have the procedure done ALL OVER AGAIN. When I asked his offices to email my files to my new doctor, they said they couldn't email files because he does everything on film. His equipment is outdated. I am in the process of paying for the procedure AGAIN with a different doctor because he messed up so badly. I tried to call him to talk about this issue after the fact and it took him 3 weeks to get back to me. He wouldn't discuss it for more than a few minutes before hanging up. AVOID THIS QUACK!
