They have a job minimum of $180, so we asked them to also clean our sectional couch, which was in dire need of freshening up. We were able to schedule for the following day. He took a look at the stains, confirmed the quote and went right to work. He showed me the special cleaner used specifically for coffee stains. Afterwards, he pointed out the now barely noticeable stains and said that it would continue working over the next few days until it was pretty much gone. And true to word, can't even find where the stains were. Miracle worker. Sofa turned out great as well. Definitely brighter and overall nice to know it had a deep clean after the many years of whatever the kids put on it. He's worth it. At least get the quote and go from there! Mario answered right away in the morning and offered to be at my house within the hour. I had gone on vacation and my nose had forgotten what my house smelled like and when I returned, the overpowering odor of my dog hit me in the face and I realized I could not live like this or ever have people over again. Mario came by and said my pet smell was an 8 out of 10, which was mortifying, but he also said he could fix it in two hours and gave me a great price not just for the carpets of my rental home which I did not even want but can't change, but also for my mother-in-law's precious and valuable Persian rugs, which we had never had cleaned because I didn't know how, and then he did some of our furniture as well. However I have to balance it out with some criticism - he not only left lights on but also water running in a vacant house after his job.
