It was that time of the year. Annual tile and grout cleaning. Allen was punctual, professional and very detailed in the cleaning and sealing of my grout and porcelain plank. The color is a light grey and off grey sanded grout , with an active household with a border collie who loves to run and play .... Floors get very dirty. Put out a few calls to have 2 bedroom carpets deep cleaned. Seems there was some difficulty finding a service as I reside on an upper floor. A portable unit was needed and Beacon fit the bill. Scheduled service (I was away and they scheduled on my return) and had a Friday AM cleaning set. They actually arrived early! Good for me as I'm an early bird and appreciated the promptness. 2 representatives arrived and got right to work. I didn't time how long the "job" took to complete but little impact to my day, friendly service and an amazing job. Did I mention the price? I have used a competitor cleaning service for years but my sizedable coffee stain was too much for them, they could not rid the stain. Beacon is a miracle working company. Dave started out ensuring he covered all my carpet with a canvas runner going up to our second story where the scary stain was in our master bedroom. He asked details about the coffee stain, knew details about our carpet and went to work. I am astonished. The stain has been elimated.
