Just had Gustavo and Juan come out to clean my stairs and upstairs carpet. Very responsive from the jump when requesting a quote. Based on their competitive pricing and good reviews, I chose to try them out. My carpet was cleaned 6 months ago but I suffer from pretty intense allergies and we have 1 small dog so it was time. They arrived on time, were friendly, respectful and timely ... took about 1.5 hrs all in all. Wore protective booties, protected corners and flooring at bottom of stairs.
