There is no question, they do an excellent job. The personnel are courteous and friendly. However, there was a couple of issues this last cleaning. First, they partially removed screwed on spacers under a recliner which was specifically installed to keep the foot rest from dragging on the carpet. They were screwed on, they pulled them off and left the screws bent. Since they were screwed on, they had zero business removing them. Second, and were have used them for a decade, they handed me a bill for over a third more than they had charged in the past for the same number of rooms. While, I did pay what was billed, I would caution people to get a quote, even if you have used them before. As I said, this is a good firm but they are not a little more expensive, they are way more expensive now. To the Owner; Thank you for the comment. I have your receipts going back for years. So, I know exactly how much your prices have increased. However, your crew always does an excellent job and seem to be wonderful people. Last year there were also two wool rugs cleaned, so, I am not sure why this was not shown on the receipt. As for the spacers on the chair, this one makes no sense since we mounted them with a single screw through the center. There were two on each of the front legs to allow the footrest to full clear the carpet. They used one for each of the back legs. We had just put them on two days before. So, on this one, my wife was very, very upset. So, I am at a loss as to the "why". In conclusion, I rarely use or publish anything on Yelp. I was specific in both my praise and my concerns. Your service and the end result has always been exceptional. It is the two items on the price and, more importantly, the removal of one of the two spacers on the front legs which is the more upsetting.
