Over time, the loveseat had collected a significant amount of dust and stains from outside air, which had gradually turned the original white upholstery into a dull gray. I had tried cleaning it myself, but the buildup was very difficult to remove. Mark's team was able to restore the upholstery and make it look just like new again. It was also incredibly easy working with Mark. Reaching out for an estimate was quick and straightforward. I had sought a few estimates and Mark's quote was the most competitive. He was also able to get me scheduled within the same week! The actual cleaning took only about 40 minutes, which was impressive given how much the loveseat needed attention. We needed our staircase carpet cleaned, it was very dirty. It's a light beige color so it needs to be cleaned at least once a year. Mark contacted me right away when I was looking for a quote. His price was reasonable and he was very nice and professional. He was able to schedule me the next day. He sent two very nice ladies to clean the carpet. They did an amazing job and now my staircase carpet looks brand new. We have used other companies in the past and the carpet looked ok but the middle part of stairs still looked flat and not that clean.
