Mario helped me correctly identify that the leaks were due to broken valves. He helped me replace the broken valves at a reasonable price, which resolved the leaking. During the replacement, we noticed that only one of the sprinkler zones was working. He helped me re-wire the irrigation system so that both zones would function correctly. He also helped me replace some sprinkler heads so that all of the sprinklers would work. It was a pleasure working with Mario, and working with him saved me a lot of time and money. Terrible customer service with no level of professionalism. I met with Mario and went over all details of the irrigation service needed. Mario then said he still cannot provide a price for the work as he needed his cousin Elmer to see everything as his cousin handles the materials needed for the work. Mario then required that I meet with his cousin (separate appointment) to go over the same exact things that I had already gone over with him. After meeting with Elmer which took a while to set up (now many hours spent discussing everything, meeting with multiple people, communicating all details, etc.), I still could not get a price for the work. After following up with Mario multiple times over weeks, he finally responded with a text saying he can't do the work as he has no time or resources. I wish this would have been communicated day one. Mario instead told me to have Elmer do the work, which got me no where as he disappeared with zero communication and Mario was aware of this. Save your time, energy, and money, and instead go with someone who has at least a base level of customer service and professionalism. read more

I hired Mario because of his ratings to examine our sprinkler system and set our timers. He spent time examining the system. I had to point out several things about the drip system and provided him a part to replace. The water on the patio coming from the drip system were explained away; saying it would dry up. He had to come back to fix a leaking pipe on the hill. I paid him extra for that after paying the original fee. I had to call him back because the patio sprinklers were spraying all over the patio. He came back and did something. They continued spraying the patio. When I called him, he didn't return. I ended up hiring another person who discovered a sprinkler that was covered with overgrown evergreen bush and pruned back exposing the sprinkler. He did extensive adjustments to the patio sprinklers and drip systems and properly set the timers. read more

Mario totally saved my life one Saturday afternoon when my drip system exploded into a geyser. My drip system had stopped working, so I asked my gardener to help me fix it. My gardener attempted, but didn't know what he was doing. I left the house for an hour to run errands, and when I returned I found the gardener gone -- he left the water valve open with a drip hose shooting water out like a fountain! I called him but he didn't pick up the phone call. So I called Mario!
