They're not easy to find. I asked a friend of mine who has a landscape company and he suggested I try Atkins Nursery. I called and spoke to JUNIOR, telling him that all my son wanted for Christmas were two specialty mango trees ... Ho, ho, Ho! Well, turns out that his father was going to Los Angeles to purchase items in a few days and he would definitely look for those trees. My timing was great! But unfortunately there were none available. However, on his own --- his father went back several days later and found four! Atkins Nursery went WAYYYYY above and beyond what most would do! It was so lovely of JUNIOR and his dad to care so much. So please patronize this wonderful business... You'll be so glad you did!!!!!

While looking for a fountain for our new home, we were unable to locate one that fit our needs…read moreuntil we eyed the signature red pot located on the edge of The MADD Potter's property. Upon inquiring, Nick graciously said he would sell the pot to us as it was no longer available and it was unknown when another delivery would be made from that particular distributor (if ever as it came from China). Nick and his staff disassembled the pot from its reservoir and neatly packed it into our SUV. Here is an update that shows the beautiful pot/fountain at its new home. Thank you Nick and your team for going above and beyond and allowing us to purchase your signature pot/fountain!!

My favorite part was the gentleman working on 11July around 1pm, I didn't catch his name, but he was truly so helpful and had the sweetest soul. I purchased 7 plants for less than 150 dollars which seemed like a steal. And they give a military discount that I greatly appreciate! Will visit again!

The place is huge and has a really nice selection of Palm tress and other plants in all sizes. Court was very friendly and helped us to pick and tag our plants. You need to come with some ideas already. They are not as professional in consulting than the other place. However we enjoyed that there were no aggressive Sales Men here, trying to make you sign a contract right away. Pricing was only one third of what Moon Nursery quoted to us. Also we got great advice on how to handle the planting and take care of our new trees. Delivery was only $80 to our house in Wildomar. I don't understand why there's not more reviews here - it's a great place to go!!!

M&J is a smaller nursery, but they pack a lot of plants inside. 100% of the nursery is under a greenhouse or canopy, which is unusual. So, the plants are in really good shape with no hail damage, heat damage, etc. They have tons of cacti and succulents ranging from extra small to medium. I was able to find a handful of rarer plants during my visit. The prices are fair and the service was excellent. Overall, I thought it was worth stopping by even for only a quick visit.

Waterwise botanicals is such a hidden gem here in Bonsall. It provides so much for this little…read morecommunity. Anyone that lives or is in the area needs to visit! It is way more than just a plant nursery. My husband and I like to come here on Sunday mornings and just sit by the ponds to just unplug , relax, and listen to the sounds of nature. It is such a good getaway from the over stimulization of everyday life. You can come here and just walk through all the pretty flowers and plants or have a picnic on their many picnic tables. You can buy fish food from the front desk to feed the fishes and turtles in the pond. On every first Saturday of every month they have "free succulent Saturday" which is a local makers market with all kind of different treasures. Every adult can get a pick of a succulent and they are a decent size! I was surprised! They also do kids crafts and have food and drinks for sell. I would also follow their Instagram as they have classes throughout the year. All in all, Waterwise is a place you surely do not want to skip out on if you like nature, plants,free things to do, or just looking for something the whole family could enjoy!

We had to go to the checkout to ask for help and to figure out which plants we could choose from as the directions are a little vague. The kid that ended up helping us was friendly and very patient while I asked questions. I ended up going into the nursery (my favorite spot) to pick up a couple more plants and even got a few avocados at checkout. The only reason why I will continue to give 5 stars even with a not so good experience is 100% your cashier. He is my absolute favorite and I will continue to come back for all my plant needs as long as he's there!
