The worst service ever!! It's honestly sad, the food doesn't even taste good. The lady serving us was just on her phone we didn't get attended right away we waited 45 minutes!!.

Nothing but old tomatos on my mix ceviche they told me they don't add aguacate on the takeout I live to far to return it!

The mix ceviche was just full of old tomatoes and they don't add avocado never buy takeout! Super mal puro tomate ya viejo!

BAD SERVICE!! We sat at our table for about 15-mins before someone came to ask us for our drinks. Then we order our food and had to keep asking them for tostadas, lime for our food. I ordered a tostada de ceviche which had no flavor and I ask for a hot sauce and it never came. Maybe that would've made the ceviche taste better, but I'll never know that since I never got the hot sauce. I do not recommend this place.

We have been going here for many many years. The service is getting worst each day but the quality of the food never changed... until now!! My favorite are the uy uy uy tacos but the cook should be ashamed that this tacos with this tortillas left his kitchen. It was a take out order and it ruined my dinner... 11/24/24- I wanted to update my review because the quality of the food has improved. Particularly the tacos shown. My husband and I decided to give it a second chance a few months ago and the tacos did not disappoint us. The empapelado was amazing as always. The tacos were as tasty as we remember from years ago. Thank you for getting your cooking together.

So, upon being seated, a small cup of very tasty shrimp soup with tostadas are brought out as appetizers. I got 1 taco and was full of meat. The limonada mineral was delicious!

Great food and great atmosphere. We love it here. Great service every time. Shrimp cocktail, tostadas, and classic plates, everything is recommended.

Came to eat with my friends stopped here on the way home. I ordered camarones a la diabla, I have to say that they took so long to bring out our order and my I can only say my camarones sauce taste like can and water. Was disappointed, but the tostada mixta was delicious.

    Desmadre de sushi

One of the BEST locations for Mexican sushi. This is not on their main menu (you have to ask for the sushi menu). The sushi takes a while to come out (the servers do let you know beforehand), but the wait is WORTH IT. It's an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The right amount of crunch, the right amount of creaminess with the right amount of heat. Try their agua de limon mineral as a perfect pairing with your sushi

    Traviezo (so so).

My initial assessment was off by 100 miles. When I first walked in, I assumed it would be a dingy slow service place with mediocre service and food. I couldn't be more wrong about that. The service was fast, the customer service was amazing - super friendly server, great quality food with tons of options. I started with a shrimp and octopus cocktail (two thumbs up) and then tried the Octopus Traviezo (so so). They have lots of sauce options on the table, so you can adjust the spice and seasoning level to your desired taste. Will definitely visit again, but I'll stay away from the traviezo and emphasize more on the cocktails and ceviches.

Smallest "large" I've ever seen. Charged $18.50 plus tax.
    Mildred L.

The size of this "large" to-go shrimp cocktail is RIDICULOUS!! I paid $16 for a large shrimp cocktail and charged an additional $2.50 for half a small avocado. $18.50 plus tax for this. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never be coming here again.

Super fresh, loaded, and jam-packed with flavor. The tacos gobernadores were another 10/10: cheesy, savory, with perfectly tender shrimp. I also tried Sinaloa-style machaca for the first time, served with refried beans and queso fresco. It was a little on the drier side, but still delicious and packed with veggies. The camarones a la diabla had such a flavorful sauce without being overly spicy, served with rice, beans, and flour tortillas. And of course, their tasty micheladas paired perfectly with everything! We actually asked for one of the dishes to be replaced, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch, but the replacement came out just as salty as the first one. I honestly don't know what happened there, but it tasted like I was drinking straight from a water hose attached to the la river bed . I've had better-tasting water in Mexico. The meals were also way overpriced for the quality and quantity we received. As someone who genuinely appreciates Mexican food, this experience was especially disappointing. I'm sorry, but based on what I was served, I just can't consider this genuine Mexican food. I can't recommend this place If you're hungry and looking for a good Mexican meal, I'd suggest searching for another place and skipping this one.

Place was nearly empty, we still went completely unattended for long stretches of time, orders were all wrong, and the waitress instead of fixing it was argumentative & completely wrong. For example, when I noticed my order was wrong, I told her and she immediately contradicted me to the point that I had to move the meat aside to prove to her that there were no beans on my order when there should've been. Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS. If you are going to be arguing with your paying clients, the least you could do is be right. They still tried to bill me for incorrect food returned and uneaten. Owner started brining up her video, but failed to address the countless problems and issues that were all over that "video". Eventually the food that was wrong and that was returned uneaten was refunded but it pales in comparison what the afternoon cost me. Please consider going elsewhere and their health code is a C which I did not know.

A couple of things I really like about this location that the old San Fernando spot lacked: there is plenty of space to sit down and relax, and the store itself is huge. They also have a good selection of merchandise and food options, plus a drive-thru, which I think is really convenient. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed in the coffee. It tasted very bland. I thought adding more sugar might help, but nope. I honestly think it just needed more cinnamon or a stronger overall flavor. Thankfully, it was only $3.80. I'll probably come back another time and try something else on the menu.
