I've been following them on IG for awhile now and finally drove from Anaheim to try out their $12 munchie box! I got the nacho (don't hate but I don't like sour cream or guacamole so u won't see them in the pictures) I get here and it's a cool little taco stand! You order in 1 window and pick up in another and service was under 5 mins. I'm giving them 5 stars but I REALLY wishes the cheese to be melted on the nachos! I got their carne asada and it was good! The green salsa hit the spot! I would definitely come back and try more things off the menu u. But for $12 you get fresh agua Fresca, nachos and 2 tacos. Jack better watch out! read more

If this is "taco heaven," then I'd hate to see taco hell. I came in expecting bold, authentic flavors based on the hype, but left disappointed. The crunchy tacos had an excellent crunch, but that's where the positives ended. The meat was bland, the taco shell lacked seasoning, and overall they were completely flavorless. I also tried the famous taquitos. They were generously packed with carne asada, both inside and on top, so the portion size was impressive. Unfortunately, the carne asada suffered from the same issue--it lacked seasoning and flavor. Plenty of meat doesn't make up for bland food. Overall, I expected much more from a place with such a strong reputation. In my opinion, you're better off making these at home, where you can at least season the meat. And it's overpriced read more

I went here almost 2 years ago when they first opened and it was great food and now the quality has gone down so much. I ordered two wet burritos, a side or rice and fries. I waited about 20 min for the order. Then when I got the order. The fries were cold and not even warm. Maybe a day old not fresh at all. The wet burritos were cold too! When you opened them there was not steam like they had when I first had them. The first time I went and I opened the wet burrito box it had steam coming out and was super hot with the sauce and the inside of the burrito. For $60 this was not worth it. Service heroes wonderful! They have plenty of easy parking and seating all around the outside. Very clean and well run business. The prices are extremely fair. I recommend their crispy taco box with 10 tacos that you can mix and match served with our delicious bread and great salsa and chips. The portions are generous and everything is made to order. Hmm, I was hyped to come due to all the positive reviews. Am I missing something? It was okay but not the "above average" ratings it was getting. For a taco stand, it was alright but I don't think it stands out from several of the others... or even from food trucks. I ordered the fish tacos which are deep fried. They were average in flavor but the batter and fish separated with every bite. It was okay but I wouldn't say it was Heaven. Would I recommend it? Sure. Would i go back? Probably not. This place showed up on my Instagram feed and they did a great job because I went directly to try their Yandy tacos, and they did not disappoint! They are located in Bellflower and have street parking and a couple spots behind the restaurant. I don't think I saw indoor seating, but they definitely have outdoor seating. There was a small line and others showed up after, definitely is a hotspot! There were plenty of people eating in their cars in the parking lot too! I ordered the Yandy taco with Carne Asada and their agua frescas are homemade. I got the cucumber lime. The food was out in less than 10 minutes and I was excited to try it so I dined in my car. I asked for their spiciest salsa, which was the red one. First off the drink is delicious and not too sweet. I would love to try their other flavors. I believe they had Horchata, Jamaica and pineapple. The taco was delicious, it's like your typical crunchy American taco but better! It's no Taco Bell! They were generous with the toppings, and I will say that the cashier was friendly and explain to me the difference between their regular country taco and the Yandy, which comes with the works - sour cream, lettuce, generous amount of yellow cheese, and meat. The red sauce was perfect for that taco. I would say these tacos need to be eaten immediately so they don't get soggy. Now I get why people are eating in their car. Second review here at Taqueria El Sabrosito! I wasn't able to give my last item another try since it's not available on weekends, so I went with something new this time. I ordered the Twister burrito with everything, choosing asada for the meat. I added double meat for an extra $2.50, bringing my total to $21.22. As for the taste, I'd give it a 4/5. The meat itself was seasoned really well. I even tried it on its own and it definitely stood out. That said, the double meat didn't feel worth the extra charge; the portion seemed like what should come standard. There was also a strong lemon flavor that kind of overpowered everything else in the burrito. On the plus side, the weekend vibes here are great. It gets pretty busy with lots of people out eating, and there are plenty of tables, making it a solid spot for a small group outing. read more

Oh so good!!! I ordered 2 hard shell asada tacos and 3 asada taquitos. The asada meat was so delicious with so much flavor! The taco shells are fresh and yummy! I wanted more, but I couldn't eat anymore. The taquitos I will have for dinner tomorrow. This place is close which is convenient. It's on Bellflower Blvd. and Rosecrans. The hours of operation are really good too! I had my order delivered. It only took 18 minutes and the delivery was in my hand. If you haven't tried anything on the menu,I suggest you do! Came for the "Why choose between nachos or fries when you can destroy both at once" energy! The Nacho Fries Sabrosito style.Honestly, that combo is what sold me. Food was good, not life-changing, but hit the spot. BUT $28 for nacho fries and an agua fresca? I felt that in my soul! People drive forever for these tacos and specifically the taco box you see pictured. YANDYS TACO BOX 10 tacos your choice of meat, by the looks of the reviews CARNE ASADA was the way to gooo! It did not disappoint. The meat was very flavorful and we were given an option upon ordering for salsa which really brings up the yumminess of the tacos. Neither too extremely spicy to where you couldn't enjoy your meal comfortably. Chips are also given on the side. The crunchy texture of the tacos is completely different than the crunch from the chips seriously WOW this is a crunchy taco indeed!! If you are in the area during the week doesn't look too packed but from what I read in the reviews it does tend to get a line and the seating area is limited. AGUA FRESCAS are delicious especially MIXED together. We had the brilliant idea at the end to combine our two choices! Super yummy spot and I will be saving this in my list of places to go. The service was helpful, fast, and pleasant overall.We ordered the Twisted Asada Fries, a hard taco, a fish taco, and a large horchata for the family. We are very picky about asada fries and was so pleased with the taste. The asada was tender and juicy. Good portion size. This is now our top spot for asada fries! The fish taco was good but the battered fish was a little soft. The hard taco was a hit so no need to go to LA anymore. The horchata was mixed well and tastes very fresh. Considerable line at the establishment would set you up to believe you are about to get some fire tacos. Tried a few, tacos and a quesadilla and do not understand the hype although I more honestly believe it's a matter of issue with consistency. My quesadilla was a mixta - asada and al pastor - with cilantro and onions added as it only came with the meat and cheese. Couldn't distinguish between the asada and al pastor, they both tasted identical and the overall quality of the meats were lacking quite a bit. Rubbery, dry, and probably old. Quesadilla cheese was very goopy and not stretchy like a good Oaxacan cheese so pardon the assumption but it was also probably not a very high quality cheese. Tasted like nothing. Price was pretty good for a restaurant (outdoor seating only) - $14 total with tax included for the quesadilla which was quite big - just... not very good. Service was fine - friendly cashier and that's about it - not a sit down restaurant - order, pick-up window, then some outdoor seating or take to-go. Good amount of parking available. Brother offered me a taco and again, couldn't distinguish between asada or al pastor so not sure what meat it was but if you're serving meh quality meat in a taco and you don't have anything else to save it - IE handmade tortillas or out of this world salsa or pico or guacamole, literally anything - then it's not going to be a good taco. I just came back from TJ to scratch the taco itch that El Sabrosito unfortunately did not scratch. Heard someone ordering Curly asada fries. Sounds fire, but again, with meat quality consistency issues, I don't want to gamble on another visit. Wasn't the worst meal I've had but I only ate maybe 1/3 of the quesadilla before deciding it was not worth the calories. I'm glad others find this place good! I just probably came on an off day. Was a weekday so maybe they save the better meats for busier times or something. Either day, weekday or weekend, I expect the meat quality to be more consistent. My friend invited me to come eat here and try there 12$ munchie box. It is a solid deal as you get two hardshell tacos and a pile of nachos with meat on top. Also it comes with your choice of an agua fresca! We sat and ate our food in the seating area on the side of the restaurant and it hit the spot. I was super hungry that day haha. The service is also fast despite them having a lot of customers coming on a regular basis. I can see why though because the food here is delicious. Variety of carnes (meats) to choose from with all of the common staples- tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. The portion size is shareable, but I didn't share because I was feeling greedy and it was just too good to share! The crunchy tacos are made with meat of your choice (Carne Asada, Al pastor, Carnitas, Chicken, Cabeza, Chorizo), sour cream, lettuce, mild cheddar cheese. I personally loved the RED SALSA, it reminded me of King Taco's version, but milder. The green salsa also nice, especially if you like tangy flavors. The red salsa is spicy. We placed a large, last-minute lunch order from El Sabrosito Taqueria for our boss's 20th work anniversary, and they completely exceeded our expectations! Even though they don't officially offer catering, Nahum was incredibly accommodating--he accepted our order on short notice, made sure everything was delivered piping hot, and even surprised us with complimentary homemade agua fresca. That kind of service and care is rare and deeply appreciated! As for the food--flavor-packed and absolutely delicious across the board. I had the soft taco plate with asada, carnitas, and al pastor, and each one was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. You can tell they take real pride in their food. Pretty good, pretty good. Yes, the line was long they don't lie about that. It's always long every time I pass by lol. Great for them!! I tried three hard tacos: shredded chicken, asada and carnitas. The meats were tasty and juicy! Seasoning was good. The shell was sturdy yet delicate and didn't crumble after taking a chomp. Outside of the meat the rest was a little dry. That's why they give salsas. I poured them on and ... I think the salsas fell a little short for me, personally but they overall did the job. I do recommend a visit! I was sent a video on Instagram of this place and their munchie box (not on menu) and decided to give it a try. The service was good despite being busy. And considering the cashier was the one advertising the food on the video he knew exactly what I was talking about (two people ahead of me ordered the same thing) so this munchie box was a hot commodity. It was two tacos with your choice of meat and fries, curly fries, or nachos with a side of agua Fresca. They have seating areas on both sides of the restaurant (outdoor only) and have cute loteria style decor on the outside. The food id say was delicious and pack a punch of flavor. The Cucumber Lime and watermelon agua frescas were also delicious. You can taste the natural sweetness. (Watermelon was sweeter than the cucumber lime imo) A lot of places have hit or misses when it comes to their salsa and I'd say the green salsa was better than many that I've tried. I don't gravitate towards the red cause it's too spicy for me but my bf said it was really good and pretty spicy. The best hard shell tacos I have had. I had their munchie meal which was a steal! For the amount of food and a drink. The shredded lettuce, cheese, hard shell taco and steak were the perfect combination. I also had the California Burrito and asada fries with curly fries. The asada fries with curly fries was different but still tasted amazing. I would definitely go back to get their hard shell tacos again, and after hearing good things about it the supper wet burrito is going to be my next choice whenever I go back. I am so disappointed. I just found this place about 2 weeks ago on Instagram. We gave them a try. Yandy tacos and regular burritos. Very tasty. Salsa was a little spicy but so good. Next time we tried the fish tacos. They were OK. Not bad not amazing but good. Today we ordered the Super Burritos. Horrible. First there was like an entire chopped raw onion and it was incredibly salty. I can't eat it. Between all that onion and salt , I dont even taste anything but salt. Consistency is definitely lacking here. So far we have ordered Yandy tacos with every order and those have been the only thing that was on point. Their tacos are great!
