The staff is courteous and friendly, and they check on you during almost every course to get feedback. I'm a little sad they don't have those anymore due to vendor issues--it was a small, thoughtful detail that really made a mark on me. The food is great. The steak is always perfectly seasoned--not overly salty or overdone, just right to the point where I don't need to add anything else. Even the roasted bulb of garlic that comes with the steak is perfect for adding extra flavor if I want to. The sides are what you'd expect from a classic steakhouse. One thing that sets them apart, though, is the bread. They always have a great variety, plus a huge helping of butter on the side.
