Was craving aguachiles so decided to stop by this place. It was pretty empty when we got there, so we were able to order fairly quickly. We were given tostadas and salsa, which I thought was interesting since it's usually chips and salsa. The salsa was spicy but very good! We tried their aguachiles and enchiladas. The menu gives the option of either, green or red enchiladas, but when we ordered the green ones we were told they did not have them. The aguachiles were delicious and definitely on the spicier side which I love! I also loved the rice that came with the enchiladas. Everything was very good! The enchiladas took a really long time to come out, I waited for about 15 minutes after the aguachiles came out. Our server was not the friendliest but she was the only server so maybe that's why. There is a good amount of parking available, but might get full when it's busy. read more

I was eager to try this place! The closing time is at 11pm i arrived at 9:40pm only me and my partner and they told us that they were closed ! I understand some business close earlier to clean ect but 1hr and 20 early? Wow ! The lady wasnt rude about it so let me add that ! Thats why i gave them a second star for her nice way of telling us but they shouldn't post that they close at 11pm if they close earlier than that . And the food doesn't even come close to looking like what they promote. False advertising at its finest. As for the bandas on weekends? They're a disaster. I was a bit skeptical given the low reviews but ended up loving the food and vibe. Can someone explain why some of the most authentic food had low Yelp reviews? Anyhow, the seafood and vibes were immaculate. This is a fun place to spend with friends or family! The prices are reasonable and they had live music available and service was very quick. My only complaint is that the many of the items on the menu were not accurate. One of the platters on the menu only came with Aguachile but was advertised as a variety mix. This spot was really a 4.5/5 for me. Food: wow all the food was so good. I would have liked the Aguachile to be a bit spicier, however, it was all very fresh and tasty. The empanadas are cheesy with peppers and shrimp. The camarones a La Momia were crispy and flavorful. Rice and beans were also 10/10 which is rare at most restaurants. Drinks: we requested a tray of cervesas preparadas with shrimp and spicy on top. This wasn't on the menu but they were willing to accommodate to our request. The reason i am giving this place 3 star is because they over charge us for the drinks. I order 3 buckets of beer. And on the receipt it shows that each beer is beeing charge. Be careful and make sure they charge you for what you order. Second we order 6 shots of tequila and on the receipt it shows 9 don julio reposado. Mind me it was a party of 3. The gratuity was $74.61. We order Guamuchil roll. The roll has more rice than grab. The pescado zarandeado the flavor was too bland. The campechana was good. The hamburger was a bit raw and fries very salty. I've been here a couple of times on Sunday and I love the live music and the food. Micheladas are really good and the prices are not that bad. The waitress are friendly. I did go on a Thursday however for my dad's birthday and unfortunately we couldn't stay I didn't I didn't know they have live banda and it was too loud!!! We wanted to eat and enjoy our time together and talk but we couldnt banda was too loud!!!! We left cuz my kids, and my parents were not comfortable with the loud music.
