Chilaquiles de birria, mermelada de asada, tamale de queso y rajas, tostadas de cueritos

Nice little resteraunt serving good Mexican food at great prices! Parking:Limited parking behind the resteraunt and limited street parking so be aware of that. Wait time:I came here on a Sunday afternoon. Our wait time was about 40 minutes. While we waited, they had a canopy set outside to provide us shade and they gave us complimentary samples of their drinks. Food/service:Once inside we were attended to right away. Our food came in relatively quick too! They sold out of tamales de al pastor so I'm guessing they're good. We ordered champurrado with concha 10/10. Chilaquiles de birria 10/10 Memelas de asada 8/10 Tamales de rajas con queso 7/10 Tostada de cuernitos 7/10 Bistec a la mexicana 7/10 Overall a good experience with service, and good food at good prices!

Dry chilaquiles ,no flavor and most importantly got charged twice for eggs why?! !! No more mi resivo sino I would have told them !!! No Bueno ! Muy caro este lugar !watch out made custom tip y se cobro mas how!! Ta hec

Mole poblano. The rice was good. The beans were COLD! And the taste of the mole was nothing extraordinary.

I had to take a star out because of the extra charges WITHOUT notice! Be aware they charge for (regular) coffee refills and for using your card to pay. The place its self is a cute very small area to sit.it is pretty crowded (not referring to amount of people there). Their food was cold, but tasted ok.

Great food location is small but super cute. Big portions and great flavors will come back. Only reason I gave 4 star the menu on the sope trio is very confusing it's says trio but you have to buy each sope separately so it's not a trio and we asked the waitress over and over is this the price for 3 sopes and she said yes.

Food is Great . Customer service Is really terrible . Many times that I come the workers seem to be having a bad attitude. They get upset for everything . ( example - they get upset for asking extra napkins , asking for extra sauce to accommodate my meal . Management needs to talk to employees or hire better people . I've been here more than 10 times I kid you not and every single time the servers ( females in particular) have bad attitude. Customer service doesn't mean anything to them . There is a guy server that is top notch . Respectful and accommodating.

First time going, it was good and amazing, wonderful workers!! The food was delicious and flavorful, the drinks also super good, the place inside was small I thought it was bigger but other than that it was amazing!

Pagar $20 por una cucharadita de carne! Es ridículamente caro para la porción de carne que dan, y aparte la cajera parece que esta de malas. La comida esta rica pero muy caro para tan poco.

Cute spot! Fun Halloween decor. Parking is rough! We had to get creative. The place was packed at 1:30 on a Wednesday but our wait was only maybe 10 mins. The service was not great but they were fast. Food came out quickly. we both ordered the Chilaquiles birria. I had verde my coworker had rojo. Presentation is cool, and they bring cream to the table and add it if you want. Taste was delicious. The black beans under the chilaquiles were really good. More onion on top would have been good, even better some pickled onion would be amazing. We also shared a blueberry tamal. It was so good! moist, not overly sweet. Prices were pretty good. I would go back for sure.

Taquitos serves in a to-go container... odd

This place has a cute atmosphere, but unfortunately, the experience falls short. The café de olla had an unexpected licorice flavor, almost like an absinthe aftertaste, which was off-putting. I ordered the taquitos de papa, and they were served in a plastic container that looked like it was reused from a takeout order. All the toppings, sauce, sour cream, and lettuce, were sitting at the bottom, leaving the second taquito soggy and unappetizing after the first bite. I couldn't even finish it. The chorizo con papa was average at best, though at least it was served on a real plate. My suggestion: if your concha is plated, all dishes should be plated. Presentation matters, and it would elevate the entire dining experience.

What we ordered: Two regular coffees,Chilaquiles con huevo,Bean and cheese sopes and French toast The food took a bit longer than expected, about 20 minutes, so we had to check in. Service was okay, we had to ask for utensils as well. The chilaquiles had really good flavor--my mom was impressed! The red sauce wasn't too overpowering like at some other places. I didn't really like the sopes, they tasted bland. Be aware they are not traditional French toast so don't expect the fluffy ones you're used to. There's parking in the back, but it's shared with other businesses, so it can be a little tricky to find a spot. Let me know if you want any more tweaks!

Went on a Sunday morning around 10am and wait time was about an hour, it was packed and place is very small. Limited seating. We decided to wait, food was alright I ordered the chilaquiles con huevo in mole, they were okay. I did get a bad stomach ache after but I'm not sure why. Service was shit, waitresses look like they're annoyed and once we were done eating we felt like we were being rushed out of our table. Wouldn't come here again honestly.

Came here for my mom's birthday and was really disappointed. The food was eh. The service was excellent. The ambiance did not feel like my abuela's house. The music was too loud for my preference. The cafe de Olla was alright but was missing something maybe canela. I ordered the quesa birria tacos with consome. The consome was salty. The quesa birria tacos were good. But that throws off the whole dish. The best part of that combo should be the consome. I then ordered a flan for my to celebrate my mothers birthday. The staff came over to sing but the song was in English. My mother does not speak English. I knew coming here would be either a hit or miss. Unfortunately it was a miss for me.

The quality of the food was delicious! I also really like the packaging , quality and presentation! I love it

Demanding as Mother's Day, when most places are overwhelmed, they still managed to deliver an experience that felt intentional and heartfelt. Despite the long wait, it was clear that the demand far exceeded expectations, yet the service never lost its warmth. At one point, she even offered me an agua fresca as a gesture of kindness while I waited. I respectfully declined, understanding that a day like Mother's Day comes with heavy volume and pressure, and that delays are simply part of supporting a small business doing its best under strain. What stood out most was the owner's presence. She carried herself like a mother to everyone there serving each customer as if they were family. She stepped away from her own personal time to make sure other families were fed and cared for. That kind of sacrifice and commitment is not just business; it's cultural preservation in motion. TACOZ brings authentic heritage flavors to the city in a way that feels irreplaceable. The tamales, carnitas, and overall food experience were deeply rooted in tradition and full of flavor that reflects generations of culture. People should understand that moments like this are not about convenience they are about supporting something real. On busy days especially, patience is part of respecting the work being done. Instead of criticism, there should be appreciation for what it takes to keep a small, culture-driven business alive and thriving. In the end, TACOZ delivered more than food. It delivered a connection to heritage, family, and community. That kind of experience is something worth valuing and protecting. Keep Going gurl ! I'll be back and so many of your audience ! One person doesn't bring down a team ! Thank You ! *Your food brought tears to my family knowing they will never be able to go back to Michoacán for several reason but was able to revisit them once more !

Both meats were good, but a little under-seasoned for my personal taste. I also tried the Jamaica agua fresca. It was refreshing, but I'd personally give it about a 2 out of 5. On the other hand, the salsa macha was really good and added a lot of flavor to the meal. The place is a bit small for dining in, especially when it gets busy, but the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I'd definitely come back again because I noticed several other menu items I'd like to try next time.
