    Marlin tacos
    Ramon F.

Based on what I saw online I was expecting something different. I ordered the marlin tacos, carb burritos, and Pacifico beer. Pros: cheaper priced drinks and most plates have pictures in menu. Cons: the menu had more options than the Cheesecake Factory. The marlin tacos did not taste like marlin, but it wasn't bad. The carb burritos came with a soup of salsa, not sure why but it did. I was told that everything is pre prepared and nothing could altered. Do not recommend.

Delicious food and great dessert with a patio of the music is too loud to enjoy your meal (it muffles it enough). There is a lot of parking and the waiters are really fast!

    Aguachiles en salsa de mango

Great service and food was delicious. Would highly recommend the aguachiles en salsa de mango (I asked for the shrimp to be cooked). I will definitely be coming here again and telling anyone that is in the area to check it out!

I came here on Monday 5/28/18. Place was easy to find. The parking lot is big and clean. They have arcade games for kids and a jumper. The arcade games take quarters only. The menu has five pages to order from. I went with there Shrimp Fajitas. The portions are big enough for two people. Entree comes with rice and beans. Im sure ill be back again to try something else on the menu.

Molcajete Crater, it had shrimp, octopus and fish. This was SO GOOD AND HOT!

It is the perfect place for big events or a nice family dining experience.

The restaurant is a large space with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is really cute and inviting. The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us throughout the meal. He even had a portable charger available for my phone, which was very convenient. What we ordered: *Aguachile Reina: This was delicious and had a little kick to it. If you're sensitive to spice, this might not be the best choice, but for those who enjoy a little spice, it's a great option. *Rock Shrimp: Absolutely phenomenal. This was probably one of my favorites of the night. The flavors were amazing, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. *Tuna Tartare: Another delicious dish. The portion size was generous, and they bring out chips to enjoy with it. We also enjoyed tequila on the rocks. They have a large liquor and cocktail menu. The food came out in less than 10 minutes, and everything tasted fresh. This is definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out when you're in the area. It's conveniently located just across the border, making it an easy stop for great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere.

They never made me feel rushed and were incredibly kind the entire time. The hamachi tostada was absolutely delicious, definitely the highlight of my meal. The shrimp taco was good, but it didn't stand out quite as much as the tostada. Even with a bit of a language barrier, every server and staff member was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. The service really made the experience. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Tijuana.

Villa Marina, has been on my Tijuana radar and I finally was able to make it happen. The magnet to…read moreget here, was that I recently discovered they were the only restaurant that was advertising Puerto Nuevo lobster. So I got there on my first evening, and that's what I ordered. It took about 40 minutes to get to the table, but once it arrived, it was beautifully presented cooked optimally. The portion seemed a little smaller than I expected (came in only one 600 gm size). The lobster that was split in half sat on a moist bed of Spanish rice, came with refried beans and freshly grilled vegetables. See my pictures. The freshly made thin tortillas were superb, but one had to be careful or they would dry soon. After you finish, they give you an apperetiv, in a small cylindrical crystal glass. Basically, think of it like Kahlúa with milk, vanilla and ice. It was fantastic. The chips and salsas that preluded the main order were also superb. It is rarely and not always, that I go back to the same restaurant when I'm on a short trip. On top of that the next day? Yes, here it had to be the exception. So this second time, I was here to try the fish soup (exceptional) and the grilled loin of red snapper. I've heard of a pork loin, a beef loin, but this was a first. The entree is a large portion. A thick, succulent, colorful, well charred and grilled portion of seafood, with firm texture and spicy taste. Service here was high class, on both occasions. Two exceptional and hard to forget dining visits, in Tijuana. Wow.
