They even sent us pictures of the new boat which I can start off by saying it looked nothing like the pictures and was extremely old and beat up. The air conditioning was also in a very bad shape and overall the boat looked very dirty and worn down. If this was the replacement boat I can't imagine how our original boat looked like. We complained about the AC and they were nice enough to move us to another boat they had nearby which thankfully it was more spacious, but still overall also looked worn down and very old as well. Very disappointed because the pictures they sent me were misleading and look nothing like that in person. Probably will not be booking with them again.

The captain that was there was nice and a good captain, the only thing I didn't like was that when the trip was over he got off the boat and started telling people I slapped my husband for looking at other women. Let's start off by saying that is completely false and secondarily where is the professionalism? The lady who was assisting the captain was a little rude. She continued to turn down the music, even during the father daughter dance completely ruining the moment. The captain would allow us to turn up the music and next thing you know she would come and turn it right back down. We retried the father daughter dance three times because she continued to turn off the music. She would not allow me to set up the food and drinks as I felt most comfortable, of course within what they allowed. Seems to me she has a superiority complex, and wants to be in control. Beware they state there is enough bottled water, but there is most definitely not enough water for 45 passengers. So if you decide to hire them, understand they will not have enough water and soda for you. We didn't even have 45 passengers on board, imagine had we actually had the 45 passengers we were allowed. Everyone would've gone thirsty. The trash would be overflowing, and they would not come and change it. Lastly, Kira is as good as a door knob. She is as generic as it can be. Offers zero help or information. Zero guidance. If you message her you'll received a response from her three days later, if that. The day of the event she is completely useless. Will not answer your calls or text messages. If you are having a party they only allow you to come on board 15 minutes prior to set up. That's not reasonable at all. Kira told me as a courtesy she could allow me 30 minutes instead of 15. Still definitely not enough time. so sure they want you to use them as a party service, but they don't want you to be a nuisance because of the party. Kira and the captain made it seem like it was such an inconvenience for us to do light decorating. But again, they want you to use their service to do your parties. They want their cake and eat it too. I received several quotes from different boat rental companies. I picked aqua party because of the amenities they stated they offered, although they were the only company who did not offer food or snacks. The large floats, I was promised, specifically the ones I had requested were not delivered. The floats I received at max could fit five people each (X2). Again, not enough water. I rented for 6 hours because we were suppose to anchor for 4 hours, at least. We were anchored for 3 hours. Felt like our party was cut short. I was promised we would be able to go to Monument Island, when I informed the captain he made it seem like it would be too much of a mission. So the captain ended up taking us to trashy haulover where my children were exposed to nudity by men and women. Police had to get involved. Lastly, once the trip was over we were quite literally kicked off the boat. We were picking stuff up and trying to get everything out and at the same time we were being rudely rushed to get off the boat. They said they had another party coming in, but who books immediately after one finishes? Do they expect me to snap my fingers and make everything I brought on board disappear within seconds? They should not inconvenience me so they can squeeze out every penny. Also, find a Party boat Rental company that has a marina with a parking lot. This marina does not have a parking lot, which is extremely inconvenient. At the time of booking, I was not advised of this issue. It was not until after I paid the deposit that I was informed they had no parking available. At the end of the day this is my fault. I knew Kira was not professional, and I conducted business with a company who has an individual like that representing them. All the red flags were there, and I didn't take it as a clue.

I think that this port has eight cruise terminals. My husband and I have been cruise passengers in this port. Most recently, in March 2026, we sailed on a Norwegian ship from terminal B to several countries. Our ride-share driver got angry at the amount of traffic, but obviously thousands of passengers were arriving at the same time. My husband and I went through security fairly quickly, but we had a sort of long wait to board the cruise ship. Later we went through U.S. Customs in a reasonable time.

The location itself adds to everything. Sitting at the port before you depart is actually one of the best parts. You can just watch the city move. Boats going by, cars, people, everything just flowing. It's a really cool vibe. Last time I was there, I watched a guy land a seaplane right on the water, then take off again flying through the skyline with all the buildings in the background. That was one of those moments where you just sit back like... yeah, this is different. Definitely the kind of stuff I'm trying to be on when I grow up...lol. It can get busy depending on timing, so you'll want to give yourself a little extra time just in case, but nothing that feels out of control. Staff is helpful and keeps things moving, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with crowds. Overall, it's a good experience. Efficient, organized, and a smooth way to kick off a trip.

We were sold on a boat that looked incredible- nicely decorated, very lit up, ample food/drinks, and none of that was the case or existed. The boat was like a ferry from Disney world with no lighting, no cocktail tables, ran out of beer in the first 20 min. They were less than accommodating to the fact that this was a surprise party and started with guests when they were trying to board the boat AT THE BOARDING time. The bartenders and servers were told not to take tips from any guests as we were taking very generous care of them at the end (well they took tips lied to us and still took our 25% gratuity). The owner of the company promised me all of these things to make it right after the fact via email, and then ghosted me (that was all nonsense too). I started my conversation at 10:33am trying to find something for 12:00pm. (I've chartered a few yachts from Miami - one for my 50th with approximately 100 guests and a private solo tour which was a last minute decision) I was very animate about needing the boat to be on time because my sister needed to get back to Orlando to catch a flight. I initially spoke to Tania Padilla who said they couldn't do 12:00pm however they could accommodate 1:00pm tour. She also quoted me a rate of $2800 which was within my range only to tell me an hour later she misquoted me...by this time we didn't have much time to try to find another vessel so I went for it. I should have known then they were NOT HONEST PEOPLE. We got there at 12:28pm for a 1:00pm charter. Jeff from the dock took my information and at that time told me we had too many people (13 adults and one 2 month old). Tania never told me this until Jeff from the dock said something. She calls me acting as if she told me 12 was the minimum on a 64ft vessel. This was not the case but nonetheless we made a decision to to leave one behind because she said they could push it to 13. Then Jeff inquires about our charter and walks away as he is talking. He proceeds to help another couple who walked up so I ask him when were we leaving he says the charter company said they're not scheduled to get there until 2:00pm. After lengthy conversations from these crooks Tania had someone named Philippe call me...I keep telling them anything after 1:00pm was too late. Jeff (the dock guy) continued to tell me that they were not scheduled until a 2:00pm arrival according to the captain. He even so rudely to said do you see them out there?! At this point we had to leave because of my sister's flight. JUST BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
