I read the reviews with a sigh. Did you ever think that just maybe you were the problem, and not…read morethe Dr. or office staff? As for me I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Lee for over 20 years. I would not trade him for anything. Fast efficient, curious and above all a professional willing to go that extra mile for a patient. Now I wish to discuss the office staff. Unsung heroes trying hard to keep everyone happy. I cannot walk very well, but Rebecca on the first floor is my special Angel who goes to great lengths to simply hold a door open for me. No not only the office door but in the cold weather we have endured, she is right there making sure that my travels are kept safe. Thank you Rebecca from an old man, thank you. The second floor is next. Jessica that can handle a needle like a surgeon handling a scalpel. Kind and gentle and a person that feeds me when I feel hungry. A real human being in every sense of the word. Thank you Jessica, thank you so very much. And a special thank you to all of the kind and caring Doctors' and staff of the Inland Rheumatology Medical Group. Ron

I called and called and called. Tried to schedule an appointment for the last two weeks. I've…read morecalled about a dozen or so times. They don't answer the phone and it's outsourced to an answering service that simply takes a message. I spoke with jasmine and she promised to call me back in two hours, that was over a week ago. I spoke with Amber and she asked me to email my bloodwork, which I did. I spoke to the office manager that was unsympathetic and brushed me off stating that they're "super busy". I don't remember the name of the last person I spoke with but she said she would get in touch with Amber for my bloodwork. They said it would take 5-7 business days to schedule an appointment for a new patient. I gave up, I still haven't heard back from them. This is a huge red flag on what it would be like to be a patient here. I called a different place today and they scheduled me an appointment right then and there. Inland rheumatology needs to work better on how they treat patients. I wish I had looked at the bad reviews before even attempting to schedule.

To begin, I would like to clarify that this rating does not apply to everyone in the office…read more However, it does specifically pertain to Dr. Zhang and her receptionist(s). On August 20th, we attended our scheduled appointment. During this visit, we emphasized to both the neurologist and her receptionists the critical importance of having certain medical documents signed and promptly sent to the DMV, as the matter was extremely time-sensitive. As of today, September 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the issue has finally been resolved. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. Ultimately, it took a formal complaint to upper management and an email sent from my own account to finally get the documents delivered. Additionally, my wife had to physically visit the office in person to request the documents herself before returning home, where I had to step in and send them via email. Q
