He looked at my toes and hands for maybe two minutes, and told me he would not prescribe anything because he didn't see inflammation. Never mind the fact that three previous rheumatlogists had diagnosed me with immune disorder (including one he previously worked with). He said he didn't care what the other doctors had said, he would not be treating me based on his incredibly cursory examination. He got up and walked out on me, I followed him because I was in disbelief at how he was acting. I asked if he really wasn't going to help me, he asked "with what?" I told him I'm in pain, and he said "oh, so you want me to give you pain pilIs?" as if I was drug seeking. I just want to be back on a pretty standard RA regimen my previous rheumatologists had me on. I can see now that I'm not the only patient he has done this to. It's disheartening to deal with a dr with such little regard for their patients. I do want to acknowledge the employees at the front desk, they were kind and welcoming.

I don't remember the name of the last person I spoke with but she said she would get in touch with Amber for my bloodwork. They said it would take 5-7 business days to schedule an appointment for a new patient. I gave up, I still haven't heard back from them. This is a huge red flag on what it would be like to be a patient here. I called a different place today and they scheduled me an appointment right then and there. Inland rheumatology needs to work better on how they treat patients. I wish I had looked at the bad reviews before even attempting to schedule.

As of today, September 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the issue has finally been resolved. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. Ultimately, it took a formal complaint to upper management and an email sent from my own account to finally get the documents delivered. First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being.
