As for me I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Lee for over 20 years. I would not trade him for anything. Fast efficient, curious and above all a professional willing to go that extra mile for a patient. Now I wish to discuss the office staff. Unsung heroes trying hard to keep everyone happy. I cannot walk very well, but Rebecca on the first floor is my special Angel who goes to great lengths to simply hold a door open for me. No not only the office door but in the cold weather we have endured, she is right there making sure that my travels are kept safe. Thank you Rebecca from an old man, thank you. The second floor is next. Jessica that can handle a needle like a surgeon handling a scalpel. Kind and gentle and a person that feeds me when I feel hungry. A real human being in every sense of the word. Thank you Jessica, thank you so very much. And a special thank you to all of the kind and caring Doctors' and staff of the Inland Rheumatology Medical Group. Ron

To begin, I would like to clarify that this rating does not apply to everyone in the office…read more However, it does specifically pertain to Dr. Zhang and her receptionist(s). On August 20th, we attended our scheduled appointment. During this visit, we emphasized to both the neurologist and her receptionists the critical importance of having certain medical documents signed and promptly sent to the DMV, as the matter was extremely time-sensitive. As of today, September 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the issue has finally been resolved. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. Ultimately, it took a formal complaint to upper management and an email sent from my own account to finally get the documents delivered. Additionally, my wife had to physically visit the office in person to request the documents herself before returning home, where I had to step in and send them via email. Q

They were able to schedule me in quickly, and the staff are all very friendly. My visit with Dr Majithia was excellent. Let me tell you about Dr. Rishi Majithia. The kind of doctor you wish you'd found years ago. After…read morea decade-plus slog through the labyrinth of Kaiser, where I was just another chart in a sea of bureaucracy, stumbling into his practice felt like discovering a tiny, unassuming bistro that somehow serves the best damn meal you've ever had. Dr. Majithia is young, sure, but don't let that fool you. The man's got the sharp, methodical mind of a seasoned diagnostician. The kind who actually listens, connects dots, and doesn't just throw pills at the wall to see what sticks. In a handful of visits, he pinpointed what Kaiser's assembly line had missed for years. No fanfare, no ego. Just quiet, relentless competence. His office? Cozy. Not the chrome-and-glass corporate monotony of the big chains, but a place where you're greeted by the two women who run the front desk like a well-oiled, welcoming machine. They remember your name, crack a joke to ease the wait, and actually cares whether you're comfortable. It's the kind of small-team efficiency that makes you realize most medical offices are run like DMVs by comparison. Yeah, the wait's a tad longer these days, but only because they're overhauling the system to actually keep track of you properly. And honestly? With those two handling the front lines, even the downtime feels less like purgatory and more like killing time at a friend's kitchen table. What seals the deal? Dr. Majithia treats you like a person. Not a symptom, not a co-pay, but a human being. Asks about your life, your job, your stress, the stuff that actually matters to your health. And his team? Same vibe. In a world where medicine feels increasingly like a vending machine, this whole crew is a handcrafted, slow-cooked antidote. If you're tired of being a number, walk in. Wait the extra ten minutes. Let them actually do their jobs. You'll leave wondering why in the world you didn't bail on corporate healthcare sooner. Final verdict: Michelin-star care in a fast-food world, with a front-of-house staff that actually puts the Care back in healthcare. (P.S. Verified his creds--board-certified in family med, trained at legit hospitals. No smoke, no mirrors. Just a damn good doctor and a team that backs him up.)
