I'm thinking lady please take your own advice. My experience - went in for a whitening, they had me pay up front. During whitening I experienced 2nd degree burn and swollen teeth. I requested for the dentist to Stop procedure immediately, she said ok and removed the bottom but kept top teeth solution on. I left with extremely swollen burnt lips had to go to ER. The dentist later called and stated "you must have bit your lip during procedure. She requested for me to email her pictures and outcome. I emailed her and she never responded. I called the front desk, they provided me with another email to use, I resent email no response. So I suffered a burn, swollen lip, left with the same color teeth, dentist refuse to refund me.
