I bought a Groupon 6 months ago for SOFFER Health in Deerfeild and saw no results with Saline Injections, as well as NO doctor- and I went twice!!! What a waste of time and money. Beacuse i still had the issue i went looking again. This experience was different. I met a vascular surgeon. They preformed a sonogram on my legs, and the doctor did the injections. The even gave me an anitbiotic. It was a great experience. And the doctor took time to explain to me that this was medicine not saline. As well as my situation and care.

Today they would not treat my $460 cosmetic procedure, which was to be paid in full, if I did not pay a remainder balance of $36 I posted in the mail last week and, apparently, has not been processed by main office yet. Not willing to pay anymore, they lost this patient. Appointment times are a joke. Everyone tells you a different story to get your business. I don't recommend this place at all.

A real person picks up the phone. Not a machine. They answer questions and really seem to care. I know that doesn't sound like it's asking too much, but it's the only office that we've been to that does that. Waiting times are almost what they should be. It seems that a lot of patients come without information, records, referrals etc and it slows things down, but the office works pretty well and is almost on time. Dr. Florin is great. He is a great doctor and a great guy. We did a lot of research before we saw him and he is clearly either the best or one of the top guys in the state. He made us comfortable right from the start. He's funny, but still very serious. It's a great combo. He did a great job on the ablation and answered all of our questions. We didn't see the other doctors in the office but they're supposed to be great. Dr. Vignola is very respected and I know people who have had their stents done by him. Dr. Cubeddu is the expert in structural heart disease. I saw some youtube videos and he seems very good. Dr. Florin said that he was excellent. There is also a surgeon, Dr.Lynn Seto. She is a cardiac surgeon with expertise in robotic surgery. She's new in the office, but Dr. Florin tells me she's great and, what can I say, my family trusts him!!

This clinic was horrible. I had to cancel my first appointment due to a work meeting. I gave them…read moremore than 48 hours notice. However, they would not even re-book me until I paid a deposit, that would then be applied towards my next appointment or forfeited, if I did not show up/ During the actual appointment, the assistant doing the injection appeared to be completely out of it. Then, even worse, at the END of the appointment, the doctor asks if I had brought my compression stockings. (Isn't this something that should have been asked at the beginning?) I was never advised to bring these nor what strength I would need. However, they just *happened* to have them on sale at the office, at a very inflated price. Because I had had sclerotherapy, I was forced to pay their prices in order to leave the office. The worst part of this experience was that, at the end of everything, I was given a poorly photocopied set of instructions. The doctor didn't even have the courtesy to sit and explain things to me. On the instructions, it said to wear the compression stockings for 10 days, which I did. It stated that I only had to wear them at night after this time. I followed the instructions and my leg became MORE bruised and vein-y after the injections. I later found out from someone else that I should have been wearing the stockings for at least six weeks. (I re-read the instructions and this was never mentioned). Avoid this place like the plague. They seem to care about the dollar and not the patient.

He is a lousy, unprofessional and unethical doctor. Last spring I had a PET Scan that showed a…read morenodule on my left lung, (I had already been treated for right lung cancer 2015). My pulmonary doctor sent me to him to have a biopsy on the nodule in my left lung. After scrutinizing the Pet reports, it was his opinion that I didn't need a biopsy. I was sent to another doctor who totally disagreed and I ended up having to have 31 radiation treatments. Then in October 2019 I had CT scans done due to poor circulation in the right leg, suffering with constant pain and my leg turned dark. Osterman scheduled me for a procedure on Oct 30, put me under general anesthesia and later woke me up in the recovery room to inform me that he hadn't done anything because he didn't think it was necessary at that time. I was sent to another vascular specialist who was shocked that Osterman hadn't done anything based on the results that I had two arteries occluded in my leg and the other one is 65% occluded. I am now scheduled for Balloon Angio on the 29th. That's twice this doctor failed me and could have caused hazards to my health. So if you go to him, please get a second opinion to make sure your medical problems are solved.
