My wife and I have been fortunate to work with TWP for 2 years. Rob, Chris, and the entire TWP team…read morehave been invaluable partners for us as we have begun our careers, navigated two moves, and gone through law school. I wholeheartedly believe TWP's guidance, candor, and support is an invaluable resource for any young professional in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Mason, or anywhere around the country. (We were clients even when we lived in Chicago, so distance is not an issue). TWP is true wealth management - far beyond financial or investment guidance. What do I mean by this? A number of times, Rob and Chris have recommended that we prioritize our savings and investments in a way that would actually decrease the pool of "assets under management" TWP would later draw its fees from. They have recommended this because they know it is the best move for our long-term wealth and to meet our long-term financial and non-financial goals. They are true fiduciaries and we're glad to have them in our corner. If you have any questions about this, reach out to them or to me. I am serious - my email is ssvirnovskiy@gmail.com, I just sat for the bar exam and have 2 months until I start working so I am happy to talk!

Our relationship with TWP started over 20 years ago. They've navigated our financial planning…read morethrough the college fund investing stage right up to the present and our recent retirements. Our current financial stability and having reached our investing goals were entirely due to their attention over time. The uniqueness of TWP is their family-like approach, commitment to providing options and recommendations for complex situations, and their undivided attention to handling whatever you require, when you require it. You feel like you are their only client. They have even connected us with other professionals, such as attorneys and tax accountants, who share their values and trustworthiness. I cannot imagine trusting our life's financial choices to just a "firm" with expertise. Once you realize that your success is as important to the team at TWP as it is to you, you understand the difference between TWP and just another investment agency.

    PNC Bank

I used to love the PNC bank that was off Kemper in Springdale near Michaels where everyone there…read morewas personable, friendly and courteous, but they have closed down. The next closest one was here. It has been hugely disappointing. We had a safety deposit box at our original branch which was to be free because we have enough money in our accounts. When we went to this branch they were trying to charge us for the service, but we finally got that straightened out. Turns out much later, they called us to say that we didn't sign all the places we were supposed to. Huh? We signed every place that the person working with us told us to. No apology for us having to go back in to sign the papers. Even getting access to our safety deposit boxes on different days was not a smooth operation. Today was actually frustrating. I'm waiting in line and the three people in front of me were all complaining about this location (and now I can understand why). I get up to my teller and it was two fairly simple transactions. I was depositing a check into my checking account less $600 which I wanted in $100 bills. I also had $200 in $20's that I wanted exchanged for two $100 bills. My teller said that they didn't have enough $100 bills for this. Wait - they are a bank and they are trying to say that they don't have enough $100 bills to give out! The teller said that they actually do, but they didn't want to give too many out or they may not have enough for later. I then asked who was the person in charge of making sure they had enough of big bills and she said that she was that person, so I wouldn't be getting all that I wanted. She gave me part of it in $100's, but wouldn't trade out my $20's for two $100 bills. This was around 1 p.m. and they are running that low? Again, they are a bank - how can they not have enough $100 bills somewhere in that place. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. As I was leaving, I must have looked confused because the gentleman near the front door who welcomes you and thanks you for coming asked if I had lost something. After telling him what happened, he said that she could have gotten the bills from another teller. I then asked if he could do that for me and he did. I still am left flabbergasted. We have been with PNC for decades, but our experience with this branch has been bad enough to make us think about transferring our money elsewhere. I am not a critical yelper. You can look at my stats and see that nearly 90% of my reviews are either 4 or 5 stars. This actually is only my second 1 star review in six years and it gives me no pleasure to do so. My regret is that I couldn't give them a zero star.
