Mike provided a ton of structure and direction that I feel most guitar teachers in my past have lacked. I showed him the music I was trying to record and he came up with drills that helped me play and learn my band's original songs much more quickly. His biggest strength is that he comes at guitar with a sense of intentionality and direction. He knows a large variety of music and knows how show you the path to achieve relaxed proficiency at whatever you want to learn.
