They took the beds and laundry apart, but would not remove fridge doors "without an extra charge". Price quoted was $85 surcharge, then $150 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours. After 4 hours of loading and driving, I was charged for 6 hours of work. They unloaded in 45 minutes, for a total of under 5 hours of labor. Before unloading they demanded payment of $1,285 broken down as $385 surcharge and 6 hours of labor at $150. THEY MISREPRESENTED THE PRICE. I was forced to pay as all my belongings were still in their truck. Overall would NOT recommend.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

I then found this company and decided to go for it one more time and requested a quote. Amin came out pretty quickly and we discussed the job as he and I saw it. He was very upfront with how the job would turn out. An example of this would be him explaining that the texture would not match exactly but it would be close. I had not had this type of conversation with others who quoted the job so it was at that moment that I knew he was the one! Needless to say I am pleased to have found this company. They guys showed up for the job on time, we're polite and did an awesome job. I definitely will use them for future projects. Thank you!
