Upon checking in, I stepped on a spot of stickiness near the registration desk. It left a sticky residue on my shoe and I casually mentioned it to the attending registration nurse. Literally within 3 minutes she had a custodian there cleaning it up. Seems like a minuscule thing - which it is. But, I was impressed. This organization seems to really care - not just for the big important things but even the little details. If a hospital is that concerned about the little things - it is a pretty good indicator that they are obsessed with the big things.

Come to. Ind out the 'nurse' that works for my cardiologist was fired in the middle of my plan surgery; forgetting to notify me weeks out that I had to come see Dr Jones. Forget about trying to talk to YOUR DOCTOR, they do everything NOT to allow it. More nonesense. So now they're telling me that because of their own negligence and failure to comply with their own requirements, I may now have to put off 2 surgeries again because of their horrendous One on one! This place is nothing but a turn style operation; they fill their lobby with so many people it looks like at cattle call when you arrive. Think twice people about having that personal care from your cardiologist. At Centennial Heart you'll never feel that comfort. Remember it seems it's all about the $&$ so the more they see the less you feel comfortable. Moving to a new cardiologist!!!!

He did a complete physical on me and stated it was good I was being proactive with my health. I think I may have seen him 2 more times for a check up and stress test. on 4/19/23 I had to see him for more frequent episodes of bradycardia. He ordered a heart monitor for 2weeks and continued to monitor me. After the heart monitor he was not real satisfied that a pacemaker was what I needed. So he ordered a CT scan of my heart and sent me to see a Electrophysiologist. Turns out the CT Scan told the whole story, I have moderate to severe blockage in my main arteries! The EP doctor feels I do need a pacemaker, but not until a heart catheterization has been done. I am in awe of Doctor Saad on his expertise and follow up of my care. I know I am in great hands with him and his staff. Ms Deborah S. is his nurse, she is one of a kind, superb and compassionate nurse, I should know I am a nurse also for 43 years!! Thank you all!

My first experience with Dr. Mangione was in 2009 when I had a bout of pancreatitis that sent me to…read morethe ER with symptoms that looked more like a heart attack. Dr. Mangione did a full workup on me that included everything from stress tests to cardiac catheterization. Luckily, my heart checked out fine, but his keen eye picked up something odd on my cardiac echo which wound up being a tumor growing in my pancreas. The tumor was removed later that year. Fast forward to 2014, and I was having problems with heart palpitations and other problems that got me referred out to another cardiologist in Murfreesboro. I fooled around with that guy for months and all he could do is run test after test, and then want to run them again because he forgot that he already ran it. I remembered the experience that I had with Dr. Mangione and got back in to see him. Within a visit or two, he had determined the issue and was able to resolve the problems with a minor change in medication.

UNHEARD OF AND THEY CAME OUT AND HELPED HER TO A CHAIR OFFERING TO GET HER WATER AND THEY GAVE HER A HUG !!! For me i was seen timely and caring for me as a new patient. Dr Jackson was well informed about issues possibly regarding my blood pressure medication and explained that though I had a stress test that was medication induced that the slow walk stress test would allow him to differentiate between lung issues and heart since i have COPD AND ASTHMA from second hand smoke. They got a heart ultrasound approved in 20 minutes and did the test in the same location and morning! UNHEARD of! I can't say STRONGLY enough that this is a fantastic CHRISTIAN dr. He showed me his logo a lambs head integrated into a picture of a tree. THE LAMB OF GOD...JESUS CHRIST DIED ON A TREE FOR US. I am s CHRISTIAN so this man's beliefs are mine also and did nothing BUT REASSURANCE THAT I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND HE PRAYED FOR ME AND GAVE ME A HUG! YES SIR IM ALMOST 59 YRS OLD AND NEVER HAD A DR HIG ME IM BLESSED AND I KNOW YOU WOULD TOO

She addresses coronary conditions from the point they are to encourage healthier behaviors for patient care. She works tirelessly along with her staff to insure optimal cardiac care. Highly recommended - but understand that she is booked - but worth the care you will receive.

This is my first time at this hospital. It has very nice landscaping, but really could use more…read moreparking. I had a procedure here today. The inside of the hospital is very nice with plenty of seating. It is very clear when you go to register when you come in. I got there at 7:45 for a 9:45 procedure but, that was not the case. I was not prepped in time and my doctor went to his next patient and then came back to me. Mine was 30 minutes later. But I do want to shout out to Lacey, Tony and Danile. These guys were awesome and made the extra time more tolerable. The procedure was quick and uneventful with prognosis all good.

I recently had a stroke. Admitted to stepdown care for testing and monitoring. Scary situation, but…read moremade much less scary by professional and compassionate care of nursing staff in stepdown care. I was treated with respect. My concerns were addressed quickly. I could not have asked for better care by every person entering my room. Not in a hurry to return, but if I had to I would not worry about how I would be treated. Bless you all.
