At my 1st appt to establish care, he looks over my previous chart and promptly says he's eliminating all unnecessary meds, no antidepressants, (it was verified 16 yrs ago I would benefit from a low dosage) no thyroid Rx (I have no thyroid as it was removed 2001) I was not on any opiates or anxiety meds so no issue or attitude there. Nothing. Blood tests. Yes, that's the norm but even after I explained my Rx protocols had changed my life/were necessary he didn't budge. He's just irrelevant as a physician. As someone who has never given birth, I was nervous for every procedure. Dr. Lorenzo explained things to me in a way I could understand and offered multiple options to me, not pushing any particular one on me. My surgery was August 2025 and I have felt like a new woman ever since, iron anemia is now cured. His office staff and assistants are amazing and the hospital staff where the surgery was performed also spoke highly of him. My abdominal scar healed so good. Without a doubt I would highly recommend. I traveled from Yakima to see him and have the procedures performed. Definitely worth it.

I had my colonoscopy at the KGH medical mall and the staff there was wonderful, I wish they were the ones who worked in his office. Dr. Mueller's rating would be 5 STARS! His office staff on the other hand is another story. Complaints: being rescheduled for EVERY appointment I have ever had in the office, receptionist answering her cell phone (person call) while she was trying to schedule me for my next appointment, being rushed when they scheduled me at the wrong time, wait time longer then usual due to them calling back patient in the wrong order, women nurse RUDE and I question their HIPPA certification. I heard them talk about patients first name, last name, DOB's and medical issue out in the front waiting area for everyone to hear. I know there are times when that will happen, but I felt like I knew more about their patients then they did. I questioned myself if I wanted to continue with this doctor, but proceeded anyway. The only person who I have dealt with who was polite and professional was the male nurse. He knew how upset I was at my last office appointment and I could tell when he was apologizing for the office that I wasn't the first person he had to apologize to. Doing so... qualified for ProviderOne, which I had for about 30 days. Medicare auto enrolled me in Part D and cancelled ProviderOne. tRumps Big Bad Bill resulted in Washington State loosing $160 Million in funding. Resulting in 80,000 Washingtonians loosing medical insurance. It is not Miramars fault that they did not get paid for services rendered. Miramar has reduced cost to me... and thanks to them for that. The real nasty part of this crap... LabCorp charging me $2845 in unpaid labs.
