The girls who answer the phone (when I could actually get someone to answer) were completely rude and unfriendly. If it weren't for the referral, I would have canceled (or not scheduled at all). Anyways, when arriving for my appointment I was greeted with so much attitude, I walked out. NEVER to return again. Funny thing is, I had lunch with a friend today, and after telling her my experience, she said she had a similar story with the same office staff. PHEW--now, I know it's not just me. Our experience with her has made us decide to never go back. Our main problem resides with her billing practice. On two different occasions she over-billed us due to technicalities. The first time, we scheduled our daughter for vaccinations. She didn't have one of the vaccinations and had us come back a few days later when she got the new shipment. She billed us and our insurance twice. On the second occasion, my wife went in for an annual checkup. Since she wanted a referral to a neurologist, Dr Dramis billed her as if it were two different appointments (despite only being in the office for ten minutes). Both times we complained but still payed the bill. I would recommend anybody else besides Dr Dramis if you are just starting out with a new doctor.

They get the orders…read moremixed up and send referrals to the wrong places and even told me that the local sleep labs didn't do them for children. I had to call the sleep labs in town to confirm and every single one said they do sleep studies on children. So I sent the referral department a list and they didn't respond other than to send a referral to one of the labs on the list. I shouldn't have to do their job...the referral department is so bad, it's made me consider finding a new primary.
