Her first words without even an introduction to whom she was "What are you doing here? You belong in geriatrics! Then she told me that Dr Westhusing didn't know what he was doing. She changed my thyroid med from 100 mg to 112 mg and sent it to pharmacy. By the time I got home there was a message on my machine that she meant to change it to 88mg. It was an oops. I have been on a pain regime for years that Dr W got me balanced out to. I only took the drugs when over the counter and/or heat did not do the trick, so now I am trying to get it filled again and instead she is trying to get me on OTC Lidocaine instead. I ask for PT in water at Healthplex and she refers me to Oasis Behavioral Health. I am at her office for an appt and in exam room for over an hour before she comes in. No excuse, no I'm sorry. The only thing I can say positive about her is Fantasy, her MA is fantastic.....

I tried to schedule several re-checks, and I was put off. I then had to cancel a few times, too. Long story short, I still am not happy with the product they recommended. Frustrating to go in twice, pay the fee and be told that my aides were working "just fine". Finally, I convinced them to send the aids to the manufacturer, after the warranty had worn out. Even then, they kept telling me how expensive that would be, it was around 300 bucks. I am more frustrated that I was unable to schedule appointments without having to wait 2 months. I have had several challenges that were not addressed, nor was I even made aware of. The front office here are so very kind and welcoming. I just wish the actual service I received matched that.

I absolutely refused to cancel my appointment I made not 1, not 2, but 3 months in advance. I advised them I was going to their city for a specific event that was the very next day, so NO, I could not just reschedule!!! At the appointment I was given absolutely no information, no pricing, NOTHING!!! The representative that took me into the room after the hearing test, couldn't find a single thing to be helpful to being able to provide the slightest bit of information. It's now been 26 day's and I STILL have yet to hear ANYTHING from them. So I called them back a SECOND time and again got NOTHING, but was told, oh I'm sorry, the provider still hasn't come into the office.... So I call a THIRD time today and got spoken to pretty rudely by "Ellen" I had to repeat myself THREE times to her before she offered any help. Advised me the doctor is STILL not in the office TWENTY SIX day's later.... So I asked her what is next, what the plan of action is, and by the end of the call, she was laughing at me, and I even pointed it out that she just laughed at me... She told me that she would call first thing tomorrow morning, and I told her.... HM...we'll see... And I told her that if I don't hear from her, that she'll be she hearing from me. My experience with this company has been completely awful, it seems like the entire thing was a waste of my time, money, and gas. So far, this provider/company has been a complete joke in regards to treating patients with tinnitus, or having any kind of sympathy, empathy, patience, or understanding. I would give ZERO stars if I could!!! I would most definitely NOT recommend making an appointment with this provider, especially if you're from out of town or out of state and don't even live in the same city in which their office is located. If they get around to ever getting a hold of me and correcting all of their mistakes, then I may update this review. But after how I felt getting off the phone with them, I knew I couldn't just stay quiet and not say anything.... I mean, I don't want others to have to suffer such horrible customer service, and go out of their way, only to be left 100% completely disappointed. People with tinnitus are suffering every single day of their lives, and we are searching for help & answers, and I'd like to think compassion as well, of which I have found none at Columbia Basin Hearing.
