Without a doubt the best Doctor ever. He helped me over the years and knew all my medical history…read more He never once gave up on me he researched until he found the cause. He always did what was in my best interest. He always listened and explained to me so I could understand and make the decision of what I wanted to do. He NEVER sent me home to suffer or worry about my health condition he always made sure I understood what my body was doing. Most important he always LISTENS!!!! And spends the time needed to make sure your getting only the best medical care he also understood I don't like taking pain medications and always gave me alternatives. He always has your health issues 1st He always made sure I got the best help when he referred me to another Doctor he gave them my history and even more importantly he followed up to make sure I was ok. Dr. Cain goes above and beyond his duties as a Doctor he really cares about his patience's. We need more Doctors like Dr. Cain.

Later on, we ended up going to Health First on road 68 in Pasco and they thankfully found out what was actually wrong... he had walking pneumonia.

I was called back immediately…read moren taken to pre-op for my IV, I was so nervous I think this next surgery I'm having I'm gonna ask for something to kinda relax me instead of going straight to the anesthesia cuz when they wheeled me into that room my anxiety was thru the roof..but next thing I know I'm awake 2hrs later n ready to go home! I also just did my 3rd pre-op appt. there n it was a same day appointment within 2hrs of my appointment with dr Steven's they had me in there! the nurses are so sweet n the front office staff as well.. I told them over and over that id go online and make an appointment when i could when it got my schedule and when i got my dental insurance started back up. They even sent me the link to do it. But then they continued to text me and call, I'm so irritated, i told them several times to stop they reply with ok they will, and then they text me again and again asking me to make an appointment. It's not automated either because i told them what i was doing and they say something different and then apologize or tell me "got it". Ugh i don't like harassing people and it's so unprofessional for a business to behave like this.
