I wish ZERO stars was an option for this woman. Hands down the worst doctor I have ever encountered…read morein my entire life In any specialty! If I were to line up every primary, GYN, dentist, Dermatologist, etc. I have ever seen in my 40 years of life, she would on the bottom! I have never in my life written a Yelp review, but this is how disgusted I am with her. First, I made an appointment to establish care with her when I was 8 months pregnant due to my primary moving to an "MD VIP" style place. I took the afternoon off of work (used PTO) only to arrive for them to tell me she wasn't in the office that day and had to reschedule. WHAT?! I should've never went back after that, but I did a week later. I arrive to that rescheduled appointment and wait a while past my appointment time. Once seen by Dr. Cuda, her and her MA were insisting I was there before, reading off family medical history that was not mine but kept insisting it was. After minutes of me having to convince these people that I was not the person on the chart they were reading back to me, turns out they merged my chart with someone else's who had a similar last name - but the literally argued that I was there before and didn't know my own medical history. She had a God-awful attitude that day but I just needed to establish care at this point so I though "whatever." Fast forward to present day - I've been sick with an upper respiratory thing since around thanksgiving. I had emailed their "book a visit" link on the web over a week ago- then it was a holiday and the weekend. No one ever got back to me this week. I was feeling better, but my ear was stuffed - assuming the cold settled in my ear, which is something that happens to me almost every November that I need antibiotics for top completely kick out of my system. Called the office, they scheduled me for a virtual visit. Well, when this woman called me, she was rude, condescending, literally laughing at me for making a virtual appointment for my ear, fighting me again on everything I said and telling me that I had "all the time in the world" to get to her earlier this week and when I told her I tried to make an appointment, she said I never emailed her office, but then when I told her I did it through the website she responded "Oh I never check those I don't have the time for that." WHAT!? Needless to say, we will never go to or call her again and I hope this saves anyone the trouble of ever booking an appointment with this terrible woman and office. She's a disgrace!
