I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

Not in a million years would I have imagined that there was a non-invasive option that could treat my symptoms same-day. I walked away from my appointment with Dr. Cheriyan with a neck that felt brand new, with no more pain or cracking sounds whenever I moved my head around. I'm honestly astonished. While my neck was my main concern, Dr. Cheriyan also tended to my ankle, which has some cartilage damage. I go to PT every week for it and wear a brace when I'm up and about. With some painless manipulations, Dr. Cheriyan helped me increase my range of motion to match my other ankle again. I'm walking around with less pain, and I'm elated. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Cheriyan's expertise and compassion as he helped restore my neck and ankle, so much so that after my visit, I am now set on becoming an osteopath myself. Jessica is new and she definitely knows what she's doing. I'm certain she will go very far. Jerry is *phenomenal* and is also a teacher in PT schools outside of being an actual therapist. It shows in his didactic way of interacting with his patients. He's got a great personality and educates at every opportunity he gets. He's a great therapist and definitely the best I've had for sure. If you go there for PT try to get Jerry Parackel as your therapist. I especially want to thank Mike my physical therapist for his highly competent and caring support. Mike listened carefully to my symptoms and explain in detail, the physiology of my injury and how physical therapy might help. He makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly, he doesn't just tell me what to do and walk away. when I had a set back he researched alternative exercises to aid in my recovery and he always remained optimistic. Last week I was in a lot of pain. It was a struggle for me to walk. After Mike's treatment I was pain free for 2 days!! Which is a big deal because I haven't been pain free in months!
