Text reminders for your appointment an hour prior, a courtesy call the day or two before to re confirm the appointment, a text sent with a link to update and/or fill out forms prior to your appoitment. Temperature check in front by the door. Parking lot is shared by other businesses but typically there is enough parking for you to not worry. I forget if there is a ramp and where, just in case. The Square doesn't have a dedicated stop light, so you may miss it and have to u turn, there is a turning lane but it's not long. The staff is great and kind and diverse.

When I have had a bite guard made or adjusted by other dentists quite a bit of work was done to make sure it was fitting properly. Virtually none done here by hygienist so I rebooked with the dentist directly. When I went in for that appointment it's like I was the hated patient. No hello when I entered to check in. Just 'I got you checked in' with a coldness and no eye contact. I thought for sure at least the dentist would be warm. Nope. Very different than the first time I had gone in.
